Great diagnostician, called back results same day. Good bed side manner and listens to what you have to say. Follow up is exceptional. When I called on the weekend she promptly got back to me.

Dr. Dhaliwal has been my doctor for 6 years. She always spends a lot of time with me, answering questions, giving encouragement, returning calls. She has seen me through 2 broken bones, high blood pressure, and anxiety. I whole-heartedly recommend her. She is a gifted physician with a comforting bed-side manner.

Staff is below standards for friendliness and follow-through.

Don't expect a timely followup after having an xray or lab work. Doesn't happen.

One of the very worst office staff I ever dealt with. And when I say this is the worst even considering the doctors' offices I had visited in all of India, Baltimore & Dallas, it's saying something. Booked an appt for a simple sprain. We got back test results in 2 days online. The office then took 7 days to receive it for some reason!! Then, they said the doc will call us back by end of that day. Didn't get any calls that day or the next. On calling, they said doctor can't speak!! Never go here!

3 major instances with this doctor; she conflicts her own diagnosis & find her very difficult in getting referrals to see specialists. Office manager lacks in communication/follow-up, this doctor supports her office manager instead of listening to the issues at hand documented on their own patient portal,
