Dr. Graziano and her staff go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Graziano has answered many questions for us on nights and weekends, and she will follow up to make sure that the children in her care get the best care possible. We are absolutely blessed to have her as our children's pediatrician!

I've been trying to get ahold of them for weeks. After one nasty voicemail from her office staff who rambles off their number and then mocks me on the voicemail I decide to call anyways. And unfortunately I receive the same rude attitude I will not continue to go there with my daughter or neice especially now that I've had to deal with this disrespectful behavior my new born son will also not be one of their new patients the staff is clearly overwhelmed and they have too many patients to tend to so I will take a couple off their hands. I'm actually surprised to see such good reviews for this practice. I used to take my child there and we were disappointed at the service provided. For starters, the wait time was always terrible. There were times we waited for over 30 minutes to see the doctor for an appointment. My son was always terrified of the nurse and he's never been like that with any other doctor or nurse. The girl at the front desk decided to take a personal call while I stood at the window waiting to schedule a follow up appointment and see if I had any type of balance due. Dr Kim is the most intelligent, insightful, thorough, and knowledgeable pediatrician I have ever dealt with. I have 4 children and now 1 Grandchild. We have had our fair share of medical issues and had to deal with a few specialists along the way. Dr. Kim always referred us to the best. Dr. Kim is the BEST Pediatrician . Period!

Scheduling and office greeting when we walked in was fine meeting the doctor she was very nice but she never examined my daughter took her blood pressure or anything . We were new to the practice from another state . She did continue with her medication that she had been on for years until my daughter decided to try and do without the medication, she was 17. I was proud of her for wanting to try to live life without her medication but she realized within a couple months she really needed medication that she had been on for a few years. When called to go back on medication the doctor 'office' refused to write a script and said ' she's almost 18 go see a psychiatrist '. Are you kidding me! Talk about making someone feel worthless and they need mental help for being on ADD medication dice 5th grade and antidepressant since 2015. All ordered by her loving pediatrician since birth. Fast forward almost 19 still going through hoops, she fell in the cracks. I'm a nurse and Administrator and Florida healthcare sucks! She is a teenager not a disease. I never give poor reviews but when you've been dealing with it for this long in fighting through hoops just to go back on the medication she's been on what's wrong ? I would never recommend her at all for the older teenagers completely clueless . I am sure she's very good with the younger ones that's why I brought her there in the first place because of the reviews very disappointed .

Dr Kim has seen both of my children since birth. They love her, Maria and Patrick

Don't be fooled by this practice. They only care about the money they receive and not caring for their patients. What ever happened to "patients first"?! They should not be practicing medicine if all they care about is how much they get paid by insurance. They are fake and should be ashamed of themselves.

Dr. Graziano is a fantastic physician and a wonderful pediatrician. She shoots straight, tells you how it is, understands the neuroses of being a parent and that sometimes we just need peace of mind, even when the condition is viral. Her office staff is friendly and responsive. We moved out of the Sebastian area to be closer to our work in Melbourne, but I refuse to transfer my kids' care. There is a reason this doctor is so busy!! They are awesome! Sometimes people wait until the last minute for a physical . Can’t blame the doctors office for your failure to plan.

I really liked this doctor until it became near impossible to reach the office for a simple scheduling of a physical! When I finally got through, I was able to book an appointment months out and was never given a reminder phone call. Disappointed.

I love Dr Kim, my daughter has been going there since birth and I have always had great experiences. Dr. Kim really takes the time to get to know you and your child and always explains her diagnosis and treatment methods so that you don't feel like a doctor is talking over your head. PLUS she really CARES about your child's wellbeing, you can tell.
