I am always very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the time they take with me during my appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone no matter what stage of life you are in.

Dr McGowan is great and always make me feel comfortable.

She is incredibly! My husband and I just had our first OB appointment with her and just kept on and on about how great she was and well she explained things and cared.

I have been going to Dr. McGowan for over 15 years now. She is professional as well as being personable. She answers my questions and I’ve never felt rushed. Dr. McGowan is very knowledgeable in her field and I highly recommend her.

One of the best doctors at Womens Health Dr. McGowan takes the time to go over any information or questions you have.

Feel like I’m only a number in the waiting area! Dr. McGowan is great though!

She's ways been super nice and very informative. All through my pregnancy she was encouraging and supportive of what would be best for me and my child. The ladies from the front desk to the nurses and lab techs are very friendly and kind as well. It is a super busy office with many other wonderful doctors, but they always try to keep you well informed if an emergency comes up.

Very kind and was super supportive for my first visit. Looking forward to seeing her again in a year!

Dr. McGowan is personable and kind. She reassured me and answered all of my questions patiently and in depth. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. McGowan!

Dr. McGowan was thorough in my visit and very compassionate. I recently lost my sister and she discussed everything from coping to risk factors/plans for me. She spent significant time with me to make sure I was taken care of. Separate from this most recent visit, she’s delivered 3 of my 4 babies (one was IUGR) and performed a partial hysterectomy and I have no complaints. She’s skilled at what she does. So thankful she’s in our community!!

Dr. McGowan was very kind on my first visit! She made me feel very welcome, took time to speak with me, and gave me a lot of really good information. Highly recommend her.

Dr. McGowan always puts you at ease. You can discuss anything with her and she understands and does everything possible to make the matter better. Love her. Have been her patient for going on 10 years now and would not want another Dr.

Dr. McGowan has been my doctor for several years now. I've never felt rushed during my visits and she has always taken the time to answer all of my questions. She is very professional, and ethical. Dr. McGowan is awesome, super sweet and very professional.

I scheduled an annual pap smear and had to return two more times for a retest because of improper sample collection. The second time I was tested by the nurse practitioner; the third time with Dr. McGowen who could not give me a valid reason as to why I had to come in three times. Furthermore, my insurance ended after the first visit and, upon inquiring if I would be charged for the retests, I was told "no." I received a bill from Lab Corp and it took three months, six phone calls, and a visit to the billing manager to rectify it (also after receiving a collection notice in the final month of communicating with the billing manager and it supposedly had been taken care of).

Always very professional

Dr. McGowen has been my GYN for 6 years now and I highly recommend her. She is very friendly, caring and is very professional at her job. She takes her time with you and answers any question you have. She is very personable and very easy to talk to.

My wife is 31 weeks pregnant and set an appointment up last week, this office decided to call her 4 days later and 20 minutes before her appointment to cancel on her without reason. Now the office has to see if they can “take her on as a patient” after receiving a call from the billing office. This place is entirely all about the money and not about the job field they’re required to do. Absolutely ridiculous care. She didn’t really care. ????????‍♀️ Was in such a rush to discharge me after my c-section and was especially rude to the nurse when she alerted her of my continuous increasing blood pressure. Shame.

I really like Dr. Mcgowan, however the office staff and procedures leave a lot to be desired. I have tried to convey a message to Dr. Mcgowan to have her fill some prescriptions but I always get referred to a "nurse line" where I have to leave a message, and when my message is returned it rings one ring. Well I didn't even make it to the office. I was scheduling a first time visit with Mrs. Kimberly and the receptionist was very rude so with that alone I won't be visiting this place.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. McGowan. She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding. She sits down with you and explains anything you have a question about. Dr McGowan performed my hysterectomy and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon during both pre and post-op.
