My mother was under Dr. Zin’s care while on Vitas Hospice. Dr. Zin and his team did an amazing job proving care with love compassion and empathy not only for my mother but for me as well. The support they’ve shown as I grieve my mother’s last days was outstanding. For the short time, my mother was under Dr. Zin’s care. He was able to check on my mother regularly. I am grateful my mother was under the care of a Dr. with a heart of compassion and empathy for his patient and the family.

Dr. Zin is very informative and has a gift for interpreting complicated medical terms into common language. I find him compassionate and empathetic.

My father passed away in July at the hospital there in Roseville while in hospice care. Dr. Zin was attending him there and was very informative and helpful. He took the time and explained to us what was happening to my father physically so we could understand why he was dying. Roseville is blessed to have Dr. Zin in service there. I look on his work as more of a ministry than just medicine. He's very patient with an excellent bedside manner.

Dr Zin listens carefully and then takes the time to work collaboratively with you to design the best care plan for your specific needs and wishes. I was fortunate to have his care during my recent hospitalization. He patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns and seemed genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Treatment for irregular heart rythm

Dr Zin was the hospitalist for my three day stay at Sutter Roseville for insertion of a G-Tube to alleviate near total blockage of my intestine resulting from fourth state colon cancer. The blockage lead to daily vomiting and severe discomfort. Dr. Zin supervised my stay in conjunction with my wonderful oncologist, Dr. Kristie Bobolis. He advised me on hospice care giving a complete, thorough, and comforting explanation. He was a wonderful source of information and care.

Dr. Zin was the most compassionate, caring doctor anyone could ever hope for this past January when my mother became ill. My mother passed away while at the hospital, and he helped her and my family during this time to make decisions that would give her dignity and peace up to her last breath. I can't thank you enough!

At the end of a 15 day hospital stay in Sutter Rosevile Hospital, I met Dr Zin in the capacity of a hospitalist. I met many doctors and surgeons during that stay. Dr Zin spent a fair amount of time with me and gave me the most complete explanation of my condition. He was clear in his detailed explanations and I had a better understanding of my condition and how to prevent future episodes.

I was staying at Sutter Memorial Hospital in Roseville recently with a heart incident. Dr. Zin pulled a chair out of the closest, sat down and fully explained everything that had happened and what his recommendations were. He was thorough, thoughtful and caring. My wife and I were totally impressed with his recommendations and the time he spent fully explaining everything. Many thanks to Dr Zin for helping me understand and relax with a very serious situation!

Dr. Zin was excellent. I have been in and out of hospitals with my mother passing recently and my dad having major health problems. Recently my father was in the hospital with major complications and fighting for his life. The entire time Dr. Zin was proactive, allowed me to text him, and was very honest and compassionate with my father's care. He held meetings with me and continually allowed for questions and was very patient. I would recommend him to any family or patient.

Dr. Zin took the time to learn each of our names prior to our meeting. He was well prepared for our meeting and very empathetic. He asked good questions and listened intently to our answers and concerns. He explained things clearly and thoroughly and was very patient with us. Dr. Zin shared personal experiences that helped us understand our situation better. He was very upbeat and complimentary of the efforts we have been making to care for our loved one. He was kind and supportive as well.

Dr. Zin is absolutely incredible in every way. He was very interested, cheerful, concerned about everything, extremely knowledgeable and able to explain all aspects of my symptoms, testing, surgery and follow up treatment. Every time he saw me he was able to recall all conversations and details of my case. I completely put my trust in him and just concentrated on getting better. He exemplifies the best of the best with his commitment to excellence in all avenues of patient care.

Dr. Zin, Explains medical condition/ problem, listens, and answers questions. He puts himself to the patient time wise. I was admitted for a Mild Stroke, and Dr. Zin was assigned to me. very pleasant man/ Doctor.

I was very pleased to sit down with Dr Kyi Zin to talk about my mother care who was 74 years old. He was down to earth on what was going on with her care. Most Doctors don't have time to sit down and make you feel comfortable with what will happen. I would recommend him to any patient looking for a doctor.

This man is 100% for the patient. At no time did I feel I didn't have his full attention and concern. There's no doubt he likes people in general and goes out of his way to not only listen but also to put them at ease about all aspects of their affliction and concerns. He's a great doctor and person. I have not yet had the need to schedule an appointment or follow-up consultation with him so I can't address the questions below concerning appointments, staff, exam rooms, etc.

Dr. Zin was amazing. He served as a hospitalist for my mom's stay at SRMC. Even in this capacity he acted as if he as her primary. His knowledge is vast and is only surpassed by his compassion. He even called my mom after she was discharged. Before we met Dr. Zin we were unsure if anyone would help us with my mom's problems, but came through for us. His knowledge allows him to make decisions well beyond that of a short term hospitalist. I would recommend Dr. Zin to anyone.

I recently was hospitalized at Sutter Roseville Medical Center where I was treated by Dr Zin. Dr Zin was very polite, great in working with me during my admission. Great bedside manor. thorough exam and great listener to my concerns.

Dr. Zin reviewed my test results and gave me a very thorough explanation on the results. I think Dr. Zin is a very knowledgeable and competent professional and I enjoyed the experience. I strongly recommend his services.

Dr. Zin provided an through review of the procedures and test results that were performed in the ER and overnight observation at Sutter Roseville. His recommendations for continuing my recovery after discharge were reassuring. A positive experience.
