Billed me for an unsuccessful treatment that should have been covered under my insurance plan, then refused to reconsider his treatment decision.

Billed be for treatment that didn't work. I have excellent insurance, and yet Doctor Herbold chose a treatment not covered under my plan and billed me! Still have the issue he was supposed to treat.

Dr. Herbold makes you feel comfortable when discussing your problem. Knows the problem right away, and I appreciate that he looks for best solution for me since I am not a fan of aggressive medications. I have seen him for years, and he always remains the same...professional, eager to help, and how nice to have a Dr. who always has a smile on his face! Staff is just as great !
