Seen Dr Winter a few times, really just at the beginning of figuring out my shoulder issues. He and his staff have really been great. I'm feeling pretty confident continuing my treatment.

Dr. Winter saw my daughter for her elbow. He was very approachable and explained her imaging in great detail. Appointment wasn’t rushed and he took his time explaining her condition.

Dr. Winters and Roxy are my favorite medical team. They are ALWAYS ready and willing to serve their patients. I feel that my best interests are number one with them. I often recommend them to my customers.

I appreciate that when I arrive at my scheduled appointment, I don't have to sit in the waiting room forever. I am treated with kindness and respect.

I could not have asked for the most compassionate, caring, understanding but most of all the greatest doctor I have ever had. Dr. Winters is the best in his field. .

I broke my wrist and needed surgery. Dr Winter got me on his schedule fast and did a fantastic job. He made sure ro explain the entire process and has provided excellent aftercare so far! It is difficult to get thru to his office personnel to make appointments via telephone but i believe they are accessible via the website scheduling. Dr Winter is a very good orthopedic surgeon and was recommended to me by a friend who had a hip replacement by him. I am still seeing him and am very confident i will have success with my rehab/PT. I broke my wrist in Tennessee and came home to Phoenix days later. Needed an orthopedic surgeon asap. A friend recommended Dr Winter. I called and they saw me within a day and scheduled me for surgery for the following Monday when he had to insert an external fixator. Dr Winter and his team are professional and courteous. He is an excellent surgeon and explained everything in detail before and after surgery. He removed the fixator after 6 weeks and has been seeing me for follow up appointments. It's been rough but I am now in PT recovering well.

Dr Winter and his team are always Professional and courteous. They make you feel comfortable and are always on top of everything they do. He's an excellent surgeon and I was fortunate that a friend recommended him.

Dr. Winter was able to squeeze me into the schedule next day. He spent a lot with me and I had an excellent experience. I referred my brother recently and he had the same experience!

I have been having issues with necrosis in my hip and have seen several orthopedic surgeons in the past few years. They all suggested do nothing or a highly invasive and risky surgery. Dr. Winter listened, got to the crux of my issues and concerns then came up with a viable solution to lower my pain. I am very thankful to have happened upon him and his practice. I've been suffering with a rotator cuff tear for years that I obtained while playing collegiate volleyball. I thought I could outrun the injury but it kept getting worse and worse to where my shoulder would dislocate a weekly basis. Dr. Winter was recommended to me by a friend of a coworker. I was extremely hesitant (as anyone facing surgery would be) but the injury got to the point where I had no other choice. When I reached out to his office they reassured me and gave confidence I needed. I was surprised how quickly they were able to get me in. They got me in that very next week (before I could change my mind), and took care of me. Dr. Winter and his staff were very accommodating & understanding. It's been over a month and my shoulder has never felt better. The constant aching is gone and therapy is going great Literally my only complaint is I didn't see him sooner. I am extremely thankful for Dr. Winter. Hopefully he'll still be practicing in 20 years so I can come back for a hip or two! I was given such good advice from Dr. Winter about my hip condition. He offered a solution that was rational but wasn’t as risky as what other orthopedic surgeons suggested. He put me at ease and as a fellow veteran he understood what my situation was. I plan to take action solely based upon the information Dr. Winter provided me with. All of the other staff I talked to were helpful as well.

Took my son to his appointment with Dr Winter. He was very considerate and took the extra time to explain to my son his type of bone fracture and the healing process.

I called to make an appointment for an orthopedic. Waited on the line 10 minutes and no one ever came back.

Dr winters needs to stand up and take a bow, he was exceptional to work with,,, and he made my knee look and feel normal for the first time in 20 yrs. I am extremely pleased.

Dr. Lance Winters did not spend more than 5 minutes with me told me I had a condition that I do not have an argue with me about it. He's very pompous and condescending and his attitude his bedside manner and does not spend any time doing his Discovery he did not even touch me that alone do any reading of any of the documentation is MRIs surgical reports excetera that I brought stay away from this quack

Dr. Winter did a phenomenal job on replacing my lift hip on 1/6/2020. When I first met him I was impressed with his eye contact, his friendliness, and patience in answering all my questions. I never felt rushed. My hip was in horrible shape; the ball had collapsed into the socket. The first date available was 2/16, but they proactively got me in early. I'm now pain free! He's an expert on the anterior hip procedure which takes extra, special training that many other DO's don't have in the Valley. This procedure has an easier and shorter recovery time with less downside and chance for hip dislocation. Since I still teach martial arts, at age 70, and go to the gym about 5 days a week, it was important to me to have a highly skilled surgeon, with a lot of experience, do a procedure that would give me excellent range of motion. In my opinion he is a consummate professional who you can trust to do stellar work. I recommend him unequivocally! You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Winter is an amazing surgeon. After years of pain and limited mobility I finally found a doctor that would take the time to listen. I received 2 total knee replacements and i haven't felt this good in years. He is professional, intelligent capable and very kind. I reccomend him highly. This man is top notch!

I Honestly could not give Dr. Winter a higher recommendation. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was recommended to me by a friend who had had great results with him. I saw him for problems I have had with my shoulder for years. I am so happy I did, he is an amazing physician. My shoulder is finally better! Highly skilled Surgeon very satisfied with both knee and shoulder surgery. Very personable, fully explains all procedures. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic surgery. Very much appreciate the level of care I received.

Was experiencing shoulder pain. Sought out Dr Winter based on loca recommendations. He was able to see me in a very short period of time. During my initial visit, he spent an ample amount of time examining my shoulder and all was very thorough in explaining his approach to find a solution. Dr Winter is an excellent doctor and someone that I can trust. He successfully solved my shoulder problem. I found his staff to very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend Dr Winter.

Misdiagnosed by this provider and he offered me absolutely no treatment for my issues. His staff is horrible. Took three attempts to get them to fax the MRI orders faxed to the provider. Took two attempts to get them to send the referral orders to another ortho. Said they called in a prescription for me and after 3 follow up emails, it still wasn't sent to the pharmacy. I gave up and went to a different provider.

I highly recommend Dr. Winter, he has been so helpful trying to figure out what is going on with my daughter's elbow!

Dr Winter has been my Orthopedic surgeon for over a year. I had knee surgery and he was excellent. My other knee is bad but has given me options that has worked. His office is caring and helpful. Dr. Winter is one of the best Orthopedic surgeons I would highly recommend.

A good surgeon, however he fails to pass needed information to his staff. His staff fails to follow up on phoning patients.
