1 hour to wait, 30 min to wait in another room, I had to keep asking when I would be seen until I voiced this girl who took me in, also took my vitals, took my xray...then this P.A. (forgot his name) didn't seem to have heart I was having pain in my chest from an injury. 2 hours post finished. No compassion here and I work in the med field. Going to be sent to another Concentra place on a Saturday for a follow up, but my appointment was on a Friday! Good grief! Got so confused ended up missing my appointment on that Friday instead, went on the Saturday, thus, they took me in kindly, which turned out so much better!!
