Lily Tran

She is booked solid, no pun intended. Dr Tran and her well trained Staff and assistants performed colonoscopies on both me and previously my wife with High marks for extraordinary care. Her facility is spotless and her attention to detail precise. It took me a while playing telephone tag with her scheduler, but after that smooth sailing.

Would give a 5+ star except it takes so long to get an appt, even a follow up or for test results. But she is the bestof all my doctors. (primary, dentist,)

Dr Tran is great. She is literally the best GASTRO in Central Florida. But what is the point of making an appointment when you still have to wait an hour to be called. The assistant Mike is rude and has a terrible attitude. If you are going to work with people, have some compassion or bedside manner! It seems like he hates his job!

I was recently given a referral to see Dr. Tran. I called, waited, and left a message when told to. My wife told me I would never get to see her that way, and to wait on the phone and fight to speak to someone. So I called the next day, waited, and finally go to speak to someone. The referred me to Scheduling, where I was again put into an audix message, this time with no option to wait. So I left a second message. Two weeks later, I received a call back offering to schedule! This is totally unacceptable. I am sure Dr. Tran is a first-rate doctor, and there might be a wait to get to see her. But there should never be a 2 week rate to simply get a reply. Best doctor hands down! And team is so attentive! They call you back with any issues you may have same day within hours. I live in Port Orange and I drive to Leesburg for Dr. Tran. That speaks volume. She's the best!

Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable in her field. She listens which is pretty rare and finds a solution that works for you. Dr Tran is friendly and has a friendly team around her. I highly recommend her and her team.

I personally love dr lily tran! I had a endoscopy and colonoscopy today and will have a follow up with her in a couple weeks. This is my second time having this procedure and the staff is very nice and attentive. Dr Tran is good at explaining everything to you too and has a great personality. I definitely recommend her

I have had 6 colonoscopies in recent years so I can compare. The last two with Dr. Tran were humiliating. While I was in the procedure room laying on my left side speaking to the anesthesiologist who was sitting two feet from my face explaining the procedure and asking me questions one of the technicians threw the blankets off of me, opened my gown and had my naked body exposed. I ignored this as I was trying to talk to the anesthesiologist when the same technician started slapping my legs repeatedly yelling at me to straighten my bottom leg and bend my top leg over the bottom leg. She continued to yank, pull, and slap my legs until I was in the correct position. At this point I did not hear a word the anesthesiologist said. I’m no dummy and am not a shy person. I realize we bare all and are put in positions for procedures, but this is typically done after we are asleep to give us some form or decency. I will never return to this practice again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lily Tran for 3 years. She is nice; however, the practice is not. I have had 6 colonoscopies in recent years so I can compare. The last two with Dr. Tran were humiliating. After my 5th colonoscopy (the first I had with Dr. Tran) I swore I’d never see her again but I got lazy and didn’t research for another GI specialist so I had my 6th colonoscopy with her two years later (July 2020) and I had another awful experience. The pre and post area (same location) are tiny spaces barely providing the staff enough room to move around the beds, and we were all packed in. While I was in the procedure room laying on my left side speaking to the anesthesiologist who was sitting two feet from my face explaining the procedure and asking me questions one of the technicians threw the blankets off of me, opened my gown and had my naked body exposed. Dr Tran, knows her people.

I adore Dr Tran. I have several doctors and she is my favorite. She is compassionate and listens. Unfortunately, everyone seems to love her, which makes it hard to get an appointment. Other than that, she is wonderful!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Tran and her team. Zack and Ruth were smiling and happy to help, even though it was 5:50 in the morning. Dr. Tran did a thorough job during the procedure and reviewed the findings as soon as I came out of anesthesia. Her office even called me the following day to make sure I was ok and addressed any questions or concerns I had. They are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I cannot say enough about Dr. Tran and her team. I so agree with those who speak of Dr Trans wonderfulness as a healthcare provider. Being a person who had incomplete/failed colonoscopies from several others i searched long and hard- i have a challenging body for that procedure. But she did the impossible . But that's just part of my admiration of her. She's a true doctor in terms of CARE. I'm a complex patient and she treats your individuality rather than wanted to rush you along as being more effort than it's worth. A gem in my experience and i'm particular !

Dr Tran is a good listener and takes complaints very seriously. Seems to be caring and not at all, does she rush her patients.

My husband I have been seeing Lily for 8 years now since we moved to Florida, we thought she was wonderful and such a great doctor until he really got sick. We went the the ER a few times while waiting to get one of her appointments because they couldn't move it up any sooner, her nurses took a very long time to contact us back. While we were waiting on them my husband passed away. I will no longer be seeing Lily either because it takes to long to get answers, had my husband went to another doct

I love Dr Tran. I was impressed with her thoroughness, her kindness, knowledge and treatment. I have a couple of GI issues for which she has treated me, and I have to say, she is my favorite dr. I would highly recommend her.
