I have SLE and MCTD . Was diagnosed at 25 years old . I started seeing this MD few years ago and from day one it was disorganized. I provided all my records , labs and scans . Every single appointment I waited which is expected . I would come to an appointment after work . Being a work full time and he was providing my medication I didn’t look elsewhere.He did not listen to my new symptoms ever . He would simply say I’m over weight . I started getting knee pain which was not typical for me . I had the pain for 6 months and he stated it’s my shoes and because I’m over weight . I finally went to an orthopedic doctor and a MRI showed 2 large cyst one on my ACL and one bakers cyst . I expressed to him about new abdominal pain and he said it was cause I was overweight. I went to the ER and they discovered I had a swollen lymph nodes in my abdomen, lesions in my liver and enlarged spleen . Always provided copies of the scans and results . This was constant disregard until I finally had enough . And left him behind because it’s only so many times I can hear you have a chronic lifelong disease or that I’m overweight . Or my shoes are causing these issues .

Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor however the office never returns calls! It’s difficult to get an appointment!

Was nice at the beginning, but as time went on, could see employees come and go, tension in office was thick and as he got co.fortable with me, he wasn't pleasant, told me only to do what he says and don't listen to other Dr.s because they don't know arthritis..took his time refilling my shots to be delivered..would go a month without them..so I found a new dr..there's plenty out there..you don't need to be treated terrible by a dr when there's more to choose from. I was referred to this doctor by my doctors office and when you call you get a recording that prompts you to go to a certain person and when you choose the prompt you get another recording to leave a message. I have called 5 times and still no call back.

Dr. Gonzalas is a good doctor. He gave excellent arthritis advice and helped my neck. I changed doctors simply because when arriving on time for my appointment there were four others ahead of me. Have been going to Dr Gonzalas for 4 years now. He has kept my arthritis at bay and my joints working without being hacked on. I definitely recommend him.

judging by dreadful treatment and history of a cancer patient of theirs and my own experience. There seems to be a malicious member of staff working there. Sorry you really need to sort your staff out. Great dr with no no support.

The worst experience I have ever had! My appointment was over two months ago and I forgot to leave a review. I had an appointment for the early morning like 1130 I think there was one or two appointments above me. We waited till 330 to see a doctor and all he said was I wasn't using good posture for my joint problems... probably cause I was sitting in the cheapest chairs ever for the last 4 hours waiting to talk to him. Then he says I'm young and probably have low calcium and need to drink milk BEFORE LOOKING IN MY LABWORK! ( while my lab work was perfect)... On the way out they other office staff was pretty nice and even seemed to be embarrassed that Dr. Gonzalez told one of his staff to stop telling him to hurry even though it was a 4+ hour wait already. They also make you pay your visit fee of 45 dollars before your actual visit I think its because people wouldn't pay after that terrible waste of time!!! The worst experience I have ever had! Been seeing dr. Gonzalez for about 3 years now. Has always done well for me listens to what I have to say and tries to treat accordingly. He has a really good staff

Made an app 2wks ago @ 1030 dr wasn't going to be in office until 2 so rescheduled for today @ 11 it is now 1 and still haven't seen the good Dr

I have been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for almost 2 years and find him to be an excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen if you have questions and works with you to resolve any medical issues.

I have been seeing him for two years now, twice per year. After a major infection that required over a week in the hospital I started experiencing pain and weird symptoms I never had before. Tested positive for ANA so started seeing him per primary doctor's orders. I do believe he cares but he is so busy and packs his schedule so tight that he doesn't have time to actually LISTEN or READ your chart. I feel lately he is pegging me as a hypochondriac and my issues are brought on by stress which to some extent I believe but stress also causes physiological responses like autoimmune diseases (I did test positive for ANA a year ago but since have not which can happen if you have an autoimmune disorder). I think he is overlooking all my symptoms though I tell him what they are, all of which are telltale of an autoimmune flare. But he only is treating my arthritis that quite literally came on quite suddenly (about the time my hair started falling out for the third time) and hurts like crazy in my hands, knees, and shoulders. My last visit he was more concerned about the little rolling table his laptop was sitting on and how the wheels weren't turning than what I was saying. It drives me slightly batty. Then when I told him what another doctor, my primary, told me about the new studies about synthetic calcium and blot clots and I should stop taking them and get calcium from natural sources, he said "don't listen to anybody else, listen to me". What??! That is just plain arrogant to write-off the opinion of others in your profession. His office staff is nice but severely overworked. They never return phone calls. The office looks like a bomb went off it in, papers everywhere in heaps and clusters. It really shakes ones confidence when in the middle of your appointment, he is rummaging through stacks of wrinkled sheets of paper trying to find something. Does this doctor accept SELF PAY? As I have no insurance...

This is one of the most caring and informed doctors. He is very knowledgeable on medications and tends not to over medicate. He and one other doctor are at the top of my list on who I trust.

I've been seeing Dr. Gonzalez since 2010 and he is thorough, thoughtful and excellent. A great rhumatologist. He's diagnosed me with Sjogrens, and I'm in my 70's - no one else had ever found why I had those symptoms. His staff, and especially Sue - who is always cheerful and smiling - are caring and helpful. I have seen Dr Gonzales twice now and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He listened to what I needed to say with concern and laid out a plan of treatment. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent doctor with all that any patient could ask for in knowledge and bedside manner. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to be this doctor's patient for several years. My health has improved thanks to his expertise, medications, and care.
