My 86 year old mom sat there with a broken tooth for 90 minutes. She had an appointment. When she questioned the wait, they told her " oh, we're very busy." Then why have appointments? She has rescheduled for the next day and was told "we'll mark you as a special patient so you're not waiting. And that is also nonsense. This establishment is amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The entire staff is amazing very friendly and makes comfort a priority Everyone is very professional and experienced my tooth extraction was done effortlessly I honestly thought he was just getting started and I was actually being stitched up with care instructions. Dr. Perez and Friends are the best!!! Every staff member is a shining beacon of quality dentistry and dental administration in both skill and bedside manner. I had a major procedure done yesterday that I was NOT looking forward to and everyone was reassuring, gentle, kind, professional, and amazing at what they do. Dr. Perez and his crew really enjoy their jobs and it shows tremendously. Highly recommended. The best. Dr. Perez and Friends are the best!!! Absolutely the best periodontist in the area. He placed a implant post for me. I was expecting discomfort after my numbing wore off. But there has been very minor discomfort and my gum tissue looks beautiful around my implant. I work in dentistry and know first hand the difference between quality, high standard dentistry and the bargain dentistry. Dr. Perez is top quality and amazing at what he does. He's truly gifted dental surgeon. I will be recommending all my patients to see him for all their periodontist specialist needs. Absolutely the best periodontist in the area. This place is a joke. Save your money and time. I've had to go in and redo my implant 3 times and it still wasn't good (this has been going on for over a year). I finally decided to just go somewhere else and they did it right the first time. I'll be sending Dr. Perez the bill.

Great dentist and staff. I received a call day following my appointment to inquire how I was doing.

Dr. Perez and his staff are very caring and wonderful people. They cared for my stepdad and set up the referral he needed for continued care. I highly recommend them for their fantastic service and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you so much again for your help.

Wish I could give a better review but after waiting over an hour, wasting my time and not even seeing the doctor (or anyone for that matter) this is where I stand! Never mind the fact that the office would be closing in 45 mins and he had atleast two other patients also unseen besides myself it leads me to believe my appointment would have been rushed and to pay the kind of money (cash) that these doctors make it made no sense to waste my time here! Unfortunately I now have to make other arrangements with other periodontists to have my teeth fixed as if this process wasn't long enough within itself! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time like I did! Great doctor and staff.

I am a general dentist in Flushing Mi and refer to Dr. Perez routinely. I know him to be kind, honest, and meticulous. If I ever needed perio surgery or an implant Dr. Perez would be my first Choice! Dean Ebert DDS

Great doctor technically and bedside manner. Very modern office and professional staff.

I had a procedure done by a DIFFERENT dentist and it did not fix the problem. Dr. Perez examined the area, gave his recommendation, and let me decide what to do. He and his staff were VERY caring and gentle. He took care of the problem and stands behind his work. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Perez and his staff to anyone. Thank you.
