Dr. Serrano is a wonderful doctor. He was the only doctor that would treat my child with his condition out of a dozen I called. He was very thorough, he took the time to engage with my young child, he answered every question and concern, he was very caring and empathetic. We’d never seen a psychiatrist before him and I feel so thankful that we found him! I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I never have left a negative review before but feel I must in this case because Dr. Serrano, based on my experience and opinion, is not a caring doctor. In my opinion, he could care less. Serrano is a good and caring dr.. but the other guy is terrible and the business is run like crap. They called on the 15th to tell me they rescheduled me for the 14th and then billed me for missing the appointment and sent my account to collections. Obviously, I'm not going to pay for nothing and I found a better run practice. I would not recommend this service.
