Dr. Marietta Ongay

I found Dr. Ongay and staff the brightest light of my year; she is cordial, skilled (knew every syndrome and medicine in my record (this was my first visit to a new physician in years) and with the briefest of consults with other organizations, had the course of action ready and very convincing. But the attribute that has me praising her in the highest is that she seemed happy that I was there (nice, huh?) and clearly eager to get me well again. I left that first and lengthy meeting with a relieved, relaxed, and happy smile beneath my mask.

Doctor was not aware of what she prescribed. We arrived for an appointment and the staff, even though they were friendly told us we had to come back because the doctor didn't put the order in. When I showed them the order they made up another excuse to get us out of the office. Have been there 3 times and something wasn't right each time.

It is the worse experience I have ever had with a doctor. She does not listen to you or your needs. She is writing others patients notes in your consult. She makes you go to the office for referrals. This is my 3rd time going to quest diagnostic for my tests and they still do no have all of them on file. You will have to do multiple blood test. If you try to contact the office, it is impossible to talk to someone (they hang up on you). Please visit someone else.

I love her patience,quest for seeking symptoms and treatments. I have recommended her to all my family and friends.
