I wasn't going to comment on this but the way things are today I will. I went here a couple months ago and was asked if I was vaccinated by staff, the young lady joked and said it's to "judge me" but then she went on and said I could removed my mask if I was. As if that's some kind of privilege. So if you're not vaccinated be ready to be judged. After that the doctor was super rude and unprofessional. I was already diagnosed with eye inflammation therefore I could not see through that eye and kept pushing that I need a new prescription. Clearly clueless on what having optic nerve inflammation is. If you're blind you cannot read a chart or anything regardless how close it is to you. And to top it off she didn't even communicate with me what the pictures she took of my eye defined. Very bad experience. Long waiting. No value of your time. I had appoinment of 9:30 AM, getting emailsi & text about scheduled appointment almost a week before. Reached before time and then long wait due to post patients. After complain sent me in doctors room to wait another long time.when complaint to doctor about delay, no apology from Dr. Saira chaudhry. In these covid disease days you have to sit with 15 patients in 10/10 size room. Bad behavior. Meeting with Dr only 3 minutes. She is running just business. Will not recommend this dr. My experience with Dr. Choudhri was the best possible. She accepted me as a new patient and after examination promptly set up a date for my cataract surgery. She explained in detail the procedure and possible outcomes of the surgery. Her staff was very professional and efficient. The surgery was a success and they followed up with phone calls. I would recommend Dr. Choudhri and her staff to anyone that needed eye care. My wife will will also go to Dr. Choudhri upon my recovery completion.

Dr. Saira Choudhri was rude, impatient and had no bedside manners. Most importantly, she didn't address the issue that I had. She gave me hardly ten minutes, I mean she was in and out. Once, I wanted her to explain something, she said, "what did I just tell you." With extreme prejudice. After that, I didn't have the courage to ask any more questions. She didn't talk about my floaters and flashes and the reason behind them. She stated, "you are having cataract in both eyes. She didn't prescribe any medicine, only told me to buy over the counter stuff of a specific brand that included compression for dry eyes and vitamins. My eyes got worse the next day, then I called "Florida Eye Clinic," After hearing my symptoms, they advised me to come immediately. I saw Dr Parks; he performed a thorough exam and diagnosed PVD, posterior vitreous detachment. He explained my condition using an eye model and discussed the options I had. He prescribed drops which I am using and feeling better. He strongly advised to see him right away if symptoms worsen. I specifically asked dr. Parks if I was having cataract? He stated, "no, you do not have cataract." He took that extra tension away dr. Saira gave me (She told me that I was having cataract in my both eyes☹) The purpose behind writing this review is that I really feel bad for the patients who see her. Cataract surgery on left eye. Operation was successful, painless, And the outcome was completely successful. Very pleased with the total operation. Looking forward to cataract operation on right Eye.

Had final check up today from having Cataract surgery. Had both eyes done. Dr. Choudhri did a fantastic job. Love my new eyes. No more glasses. Thank you. Her staff and office personnel are fantastic. Very polite and would recommend them to anyone. Go and see for yourself.

Avoid this “doctor” and run away before making you blind! She has prescribed my daughter some eye drops for Glaucoma treatment!!!AND told her it’s for prophylaxis of Glaucoma !!! There is no such thing in entire published literature!!! Additionally my daughter has DRY EYES making that medication contraindicated!!!

Dr. Choudhri performed a very difficult eye surgery on both eyes. She did an excellent job. She is very thorough and explains every detail very well. Thanks to Dr. Choudhri, the vision is crystal clear.

Had cataract surgery. Both eyes are done. Dr. Choudhri done a fantastic job. I give her an A+. I no longer need glasses to see far. What a relief. She was very polite and her staff are great people. I would recommend her anytime. A very friendly environment.

Dr. Choudhri and the wonderful ladies on her staff have been taking care of my eyes for three years now. They are caring and concerned with you and your treatment. I recently had cataract surgery in both eyes and have have my vision back. I'm now 20/20 and 20/30 in my eyes which is a great big change from cloudy and can't read any road signs... with my most recent pair of glasses on!!! I highly recommend Dr. Choudhri and her people!

My wife went to see Dr choidhri Saira and she was a very rude Dr and treated my wife very badly. Would never come back to see this Dr.

Dr. Choudhri accurately diagnosed the cause of my son experiencing sensitivity to light and prescribed medication that cured the sensitivity. She explained the condition in understandable terms and how to avoid the condition in the future. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and kind. On top of that, her staff were friendly and fit my son into her busy schedule even though we were from out of town and he was not a regular patient.

I found her to be caring, very smart, and wants the best for her patients.

I carefully searched reviews a few years ago before choosing Dr Choudhri for my husbands and my cataracts. One of the main reasons was reviewers for other doctors liked the doctors but hated the office staff. This office had good reviews for all. The reviews were correct! The doctor is awesome and I totally love the wonderful office staff. Yes she has a busy practice and you will always wait at least 15 minutes but the quality of friendly service from every person on this office is worth it.

Bad customer service. I won't recommend this doctor

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Dr Chouhry. First, they make you wait forever whenever you go. I have been in 4x times now and each time I leave feeling frustrated. The first time she wouldn't give me a glasses or contacts Rx, made me come back a 2nd time Came back a 2nd time, she gave me the glasses Rx but still wouldn't give me a contacts Rx. Came back a 3rd time for a contacts Rx, I had by now gotten glasses with the updated Rx but felt it was incorrect. My concerns about the Rx were dismissed. They asked if the glasses were ordered from them, when I said they were not they said they couldn't help then. They wouldn't check the glasses to see if they were the right Rx, they wouldn't test my vision with the glasses to see if it was right. She gave me the new contacts Rx, but switched me from dailies to 2 week contacts without telling me or asking if I wanted to switch. I didn't realize she changed this, so after the first two days on wearing the new contacts I threw them out. That was a month's worth of contacts gone in two days due to the lack of information! After this visit I sent the glasses back to the place that made them so they could re-do the glasses. Received another pair, still felt the Rx was not correct for me, and I could tell this was the same Rx as before. I went back a 4th visit again to have the glasses Rx checked and to request daily contacts. This time they did check the glasses but said they were fine and if I can't see right in these then they can't help me. They never tested different lenses to see which I felt I could see best out of. She also said the type of contacts I need aren't available in dailies! I knew this wasn't true since I'd had them before and told her such, so she asked for what I had before and told her (same exact brand as the ones she'd given me before, just daily). She did give me a new contacts Rx but not until after she'd gone to see another patient making me wait another 20 mins after the appointment ended. This 4th visit I was in the office for 2 hours. I spent less than 5 minutes with the doctor and a few minutes with another staff member. This whole experience is ridiculous and makes me wonder why it was so bad when she has so many other great reviews. All I know is I won't be going back here again. I gave 2 stars not 1 b/c the office staff is friendly, office is clean, and scheduling an appt is easy. I have had nothing but bad experiences with Dr Chouhry. Doctor was very good and thorough. Office runs slow every time leaving you waiting in office well past your appointment time.

My family of 5 has been visiting this office for several years. What started out great went gradually down hill. The office staff, while pleasant, is always rushed. The wait is long as you sit with many other patients with equal frustration. Once you see the doctor, she gets annoyed quickly when being asked questions. She was having me go back every 3 months to keep an eye on a cataract but would not give me a definitive answer as to the severity or the course of medical treatment, but said that it was worse each time. I also have dry eye syndrome for which she prescribed eye drops. When I told her I was not able to purchase the eye drops because of the $200 co-payment and asked if she could prescribe something different, she said that is the only one and it's up to me if I want to get better. I also have a floater which she never did the test to actually see for herself. Within the past two months, two of my [adult] children had appointments and were frustrated and confused by the doctors diagnosis. I saw a new eye doctor, who was amazingly patient, knowledgeable and thorough (as well as the staff). His explanation of my cataract and floater, while showing me the image of my eyeball was amazing. We talked about so many options and even about diet and general health. So many bad experiences with Dr Chouhry. 1st, you wait forever to get called. I've been 4x times & each time I leave feeling frustrated. It took 3 visits just to get an updated contacts Rx, was told my type wasn't avail in daily (it is, when I questioned her she then wrote an Rx for dailies after making me wait 20 more mins). My glasses Rx she wrote was wrong & when I expressed concerns I was dismissed. I have so much more to say, but not enough space for all my complaints.

I am very very pleased I choose Dr. Choudri.! what an amazing oftalmologist! Since day one I new I did the right choice, I was very impressive with her practice. I noticed Dr Choudri is a perfectionist, and I absolutely love that...hey! After all is your eyes no game to play! The staff is amazing, from the reception( Lynn y Jessica are amazing!) to the nurses everyone is very professional and warm. I will recomend Dr Choudri to any one who want to get the best accurate eye care.

Dr. Choudhri is a great doctor who is treating me for my Dry Eye. She cares about the health of your eyes more than anyone can understand. I needed a emergency visit and Dr Choudhri's office were the only ones to fit me in immediately. It turned out that had I not received medical attention the problem would of cost me the sight in that eye. Dr Choudhri was very professional and explained my problem. She preformed the procedures in the office and gave me a to do plan. Angelika was the office person who I spoke to first and what an amazing young lady. I highly recommend Dr Choudhri and ask for Angelika. You will be glad you did 5*

I found Dr Choudhri very thorough and courteous and she explained the procedure fully. On the day of the surgery I checked into the surgery center and the people were very nice and after 10 minutes in surgery I woke up and there was no pain and i knew right away that my sight had improved. I cannot wait to get her to fix my other eye. If you are considering this do not hesitate to see Dr Choughri.

I recently had cataract surgery, it was a challenging operation since this was an exfoliating cataract. Dr. Choudhri is a very skillful surgeon. The operation was successful and there wasn't any complications. She is very approachable and friendly and she runs a most efficient office. Her nursing staff is very efficient and warm. Dr. Saira Choudhri conducted my cataract surgery 2 weeks ago. I am very satisfied with the results of the operation. I would also like to thanks the doctor an her staff for all of the attention and care that they provided me. The operation was conducted in the Poinciana Medical Center, who's staff was very professional and helpful with both my self and my wife through the process.

1 week ago, Dr Saira Chroudhri, performed Laser Surgery on my wife, Tere Pizarro on her right eye! She knew we came in a Taxi from Clermont 45 minutes from our house and she did the surgery before the appointment time quickly, pain free, she explained the procedure to my wife before, during and after surgery, and 24 hours after the surgery, my wife was driving and doing her daily chores without problems and normal vision!
