Dr. Mark Derrick Chin-Lenn

Office staff is rude there are plenty of other offices that will be glad to serve clients with consideration and respect.

Dr. Chin-Lenn has been my doctor for the past 15+ years. He is patient, taking as much time as is needed to allow you to talk about your issues, ask questions, he provides extra information. Most importantly, he is concerned not only with the issue you came in for but your overall well being! He's amazing and all the staff is fantastic too!

I love Dr. Chin Lenn & his entire team. They are an extremely professional team that takes pride in their work. They are caring, fair and efficient in every way. Great patient interaction skills. I am always treated with respect & dignity.

I have been going to Dr. Chin-Lenn for about 10 years. He's a great doctor, good listener and great diagnostician! Staff and students are all great. He pushed me into some testing as part of the wellness, and I am lucky he did, it saved my life.

Dr. Chin-Lenn is knowledgeable and friendly. He spends as much time as you need. He is also great at figuring out what is wrong with minimal testing and provides good care paths to get better. Staff is also great!

I love this practice! The staff is super sweet and kind. Very responsive. The communication website is excellent and always quick to respond. I just moved down to West Palm Beach and a friend insisted that I drive to Hollywood ti meet with Dr. Chin Lenn. Less than 8 months later and 41 lbs, I am feeling really well for the first time in a very long time. My Thyroid, insulin and all other hormones are balanced. I wish I had gone to him before. In retrospect, I should have flown down to see him.

Dr. Chin-Lenn's measured approach to treatment and thoughtful recommendations have made a significant difference for me. Would highly recommend him.

Great attention to detail. One of the best doctors in Florida in my opinion. His PA Courtney is also excellent.

I started with this doctor almost 15 years ago before he had his own practice. Back then he would sit and talk to us for as long as I had questions. Now I have to call several times and never call back. He is way over booked and you will wait HOURS for a visit. Kevin the office manager is HORRIBLE!! He is rude and inconsiderate. When I complained about Kevin, Dr. Chin dropped me as a patient!! Save yourself the aggravation and choose a different doctor.

Dr. Chin-Lenn is a very nice and intelligent doctor. He has a great staff and is always accommodating. It's hard to find the level of care this doctor gives. The confidence he has makes you feel like your in good hands and I have no complaints regarding his caring treatment. Thank you Dr. Chin-Lenn for your years of care that my wife and I have received from you.

His front desk personnel is rude and obnoxious. He is impatient and has no idea how to run a doctor's office. I can't even remark on the doctor himself because he didn't do what was needed at the appointment because the appointment was set for the wrong treatment for my son. Unbelievable.

As you walk into their office you immediately feel welcome, appointments are never rushed and Dr Chin-Lenn and his entire team are very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I am so thankful that our family found them!

Awesome doctor, awesome staff. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They treat you like a human being, and an adult, and actually LISTEN to you. What a breath of fresh air. Due to serious past illness, I have had to deal with a slew of doctors, and let me tell you they are a rare and wonderful find. Very grateful.

He has no respect for his patients. It's all about the money for him, I'm sure he had passion for medicine at one point but that's no longer evident. He also misdiagnosed me and I found out two years later, thanks a lot doc.

I have been seeing Dr. Chin-Lenn since he was affiliated with anther doctor. When he left that practice and opened his own I started with him the day he opened. I would never consider changing doctors as I am completely happy with him.

Can never get an appointment or get into see Dr Chin-Lenn. He went from being a compassionate and caring office to being so overbooked that when you do get in it takes hours. Such a shame for such a promising practice. The office staff just does not care

If you want a Dragon lady for a Dr that knows it all and has absolutely no finesse on how not to come across like such an idiot then that is your DR! The worse experience I have ever had with a Dr in my life! It was like dealing with a little spoiled know it all bratt,that is maybe accepted were ever the hell hes from, certainly not here, he needs to realize that people like me and patients in general put food on his table. I would not recommend this Dr to my worst enemy
