Dr. Mark Pledger and his staff are very professional, yet friendly. Doctor is highly knowledgeable and caring. Nurses, including Rachel & Jaimie, are kind & very good at their jobs and help put you at ease. Sadie at the front desk is so efficient, helpful, & keeps the office running smoothly. I have several medical conditions and still feel safe getting my surgeries, including implants and extractions, & bone grafts here. ...even during the pandemic. A quality, well-synchronized team. Have been getting oral surgery here for decades. You can trust them; highly recommend. Coming south, turn right off California Oaks on Monroe and an immediate left and drive to the end. Dr. Pledger is an amazing oral surgeon and his office is very well organized with helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. My procedure was completely painless and the professional fees were very reasonable. Also, the doctor called me that evening to make sure I was OK! 100% satisfied, highly recommended, I would give more than five stars if I could.

I went to Dr. Pledger to have 3 teeth pulled and to get 2 implants. I thought I could trust him...turned out I was wrong. First, he over-drilled the first hole making it too big for the implant. Then, the implants hurt a lot! I went back one week later telling him the whole side of my face hurt, and he would not prescribe any more pain killers, telling me only to take ibuprofen, which I discovered weeks later made the pain worse. When I called the office and left a message for him about how much ibuprofen I was taking, I never heard back from him. I didn't sleep much for 3 weeks, because the pain woke me up. I would wake up and cry from hurting so much and for so long. I told him I was hurting that first visit and he didn't listen to me. I did go back nearly one month later, cried in his office about the injustice, the pain, the suffering. I won't go back and I certainly won't recommend him to anyone. He doesn't LISTEN to his patients.
