I have been a patient of Dr. Tark for quite a few years and I have found him to be a wonderful , knowledgable, caring doctor. I have recommended him to many of my friends.

I met Dr.Tark today on June 18, 2019. He was very thorough in his exam and has a very pleasant bedside manner. He took the necessary time with me and I felt comfortable with him and the physical exam. I've been having lumbar pain and numbness for years after my lumbar fusion to correct a burst fracture from a car accident in May of 2012. Dr Tark is ordering an MRI of my lower spine to see how to treat my pain. I can tell he is very intelligent by talking with him. It is obvious that he wants to help me. He does not actually speak to u when u have an appointment. And he throws a temper tantrum if he feels something is not his way. His paperwork says he is suppose to spend 15 minutes with u, u r lucky if u get 5 minutes. I have been going to him for 5 years & got less than 5 minutes each visit.

I had asked for dr I had seen bc of complicity of my health. They gave me Dr Tark. He was so unaware of my records and help I needed. Changed pain provider. Would never go back

Dr Tark is caring, insightful, knowledgeable and very patient. The staff is always pleasant and upbeat.

If I could give more stars I would. I have been with Dr. Tark for probably 10 years now. He has now been responsible for diagnosing not one but two medical issues that other doctors have missed and that aren't his specialty. He is hands down the best at medical professional bedside manner and making you feel like you aren't just another face he must speak to daily. Just can't say enough good things.... I have been seeing Dr. Tark for a year now. He is one of the nicest, caring Physicians that I have ever gone too. He takes the time to listen to me, and help me as much as he possibly can to deal with the pain that I have. I have bilateral knee pain due to bone rubbing against bone, yet I am not able to have knee replacement surgery due to health issues. He is really a great Physician. I recommend him whole heartedly.

I was referred by my spinal surgeon for severe neck pain. When I called Alliance, I was told to have my doctor fax all my medical records, which I did by the next day. 7 days past without a call to schedule a new patient appointment. I called three times to get a status and was told each time it was under review. I decided if Alliance was this unresponsive and uncaring about a patient in pain just to get scheduled for an appointment, then they would be equally unresponsive and uncaring if I ever got in to see a doctor. So I called them and told them I was going to a different clinic and that I wanted to pick up my records. The woman on the phone told me I could not do that for inexplicable reasons and didn't offer to just fax them to the new clinic. They are my records and I am the patient so I find it odd that I couldn't get my own records. This company is a red flag and very unprofessional. BTW, after faxing my records to the alternative clinic, I received a call from them within 5 minutes and was scheduled for an appointment for a few days. I sincerely regret choosing Alliance and it's unfortunate a week was wasted without getting medical care I needed.

Dr Tark saved my life! I was at the point I didn't know where to turn or who to go to anymore. The pain was unbelievable and my life was one of pain and burning 24 hours a day. He knew exactly what was wrong with me and started treating me quickly and with compassion. This Doctor is more than a doctor. He is a caring and considerate man who treated me so kindly knowing the amount of pain I was in. I still have pain and deal with it on a daily basis but he has helped me to control it.

Dr. Tark is very focused on the condition and pain management of his patients. He is very thorough and spends the amount of time with the patient that it takes to understand the underlying issues associated with their pain and effective solutions to properly manage that pain. Dr. Tark is instrumental in helping patients carry on a normal and productive lives. Most importantly, Dr. Tark is very compassionate and concerned about debilitating pain unlike many surgeons & other doctors.
