Dr Griffith is great. Really takes the time to explain all that is going on.

He is knowledgeable, professional and kind. I strongly recommend him.

Dr Griffith listened to the issue and a careful examination offered possible solutions as well as a recommendation to consult my cardiologist before following his options for treatment, Excellent bedside manner and takes his profession extremely personal. Happy to have him as my Doctor.

Dr. Griffith is amazing! I have had him for a couple different issues related to my bicep or shoulder and he has always provided great care. He's very knowledge and takes his time with assessments.

Dr. Griffith’s care and treatment is always outstanding! Highly recommend. I’ve been coming to him for probably ten years.

This guy crippled me. He is arrogant and refuses to even consider that he could make a mistake. He is a sloppy surgeon. All of these characteristics make for disaster.

Very thorough in exam - covered all options; no waiting time; quick appt

Dr Griffith has performed 2 surgeries each was successful. I had total shoulder replacement surgery in November of last year.. I can not say enough about the experience of the personnel in the office. I am 70 years old I was in so much pain before the surgery. I started PT at 4 weeks after surgery I completed by my 8 th week. I had very little discomfort after surgery I only used pain medication for 3 days. My shoulder completely healed no pain and have full range of it. I truly believe Dr Griffith and his team are the best. I refer all my friends to him if they are in need of joint replacement!

Very friendly, informative and explained everything very well and simply. I liked the explanation he gave me about the status of my shoulder looking on the X-ray and he gave me the option for therapy vs do it on my on.

Dr. Griffith was very warm and welcoming to me during my visit. My friend recommended him to me and I will recommend him to all of my friends going forward.

I saw Dr. Griffith for elbow tendinitis, and I was so impressed by the care I received. He took his time to explain my options, and worked with the front desk to fit me in for the follow up appointment. I had complete trust in him, and recommend him highly!

I recently had a appointment with Dr. Griffen. He was very professional. However, as with many offices masks are required, your temperature is taken immediately as you walk through the door. No big deal. However, I asked that my husband be allowed to come back with me as the findings of my MRI were going to be disclosed. I wanted him to be there to understand what it might entail. He also assists me with my balance as I have dropfoot from nerve damage. I got into the exam room and I again asked if my husband could be with me. Dr. Griffith said no, but you can put him on Speaker phone. Since my husband was in the waiting room, my appoint could be heard by everyone near him. That's against HIPPA regulations. Then, as my appointment was over, I walk out and there stands atleast 8-9 staff members at the desk within less than a foot of each other. Masks on yes, but their also supposed to be atleast 6 feet apart. IF the office is going to enforce the Covid mandates then the office staff should also follow the rules. Even their front reception area doesn't have the required distance from each other, nor is there a partician between patients and check out receptionists on leaving. On leaving there was a guy standing there with his mother, he was allowed to go back with his Mother, yet my husband wasn't. It seems that the Covid rules should apply to all not just a few! Great experience. I had shoulder surgery and things couldn't have worked out any better. Except, nobody tells you about all the money you need up front until a couple days before a procedure, after you've already made the appointment. Would be nice to know.

I highly recommend this place. Dr. Griffith and his team are very professional.

I have seen Dr Griffith over the last several years for a knee injury and won’t see anyone else. He has always given me the best advice and it has worked every time.

It is very difficult to get the appointment with real doctors in this facility, in an emergency. Instead of doctors they give an appointment to their Physician Assistants. PAs are not as knowledgeable as the real doctors like Dr. Griffith . PAs don’t explain about the problem and side effects of the medication . I have to take an appointment next day with a real doctor with different providers. It was painful 24 hours. Dr. Griffith is fine but you don’t get his appointment even if you are in acute pain.

Bad follow up from the office after MRI and blood results. The office did not bother to call me for 2 weeks after they received my lab results. Office charged my card over $500 and never even received a bill from the doctor. I had to follow up with my insurance. Terrible office follow up and infrastructure. I called the office on Tuesday 1/14/20 to ask for a statement of what they charged my credit card, because it does not match up with what my insurance explanation of benefits provided. The billing person that I spoke to was THE WORST. She promised to email over a copy of the bills that I was charged since they never bothered to send any out, but here it is several days later and she still has not sent anything over. I kept repeatedly explaining to her that according to my insurance company, I did not owe what they charged me. Her basic response was to call my insurance company even though it is the office who appears to have charged the wrong amount. Great doctor, but the TERRIBLE office support make this a practice to avoid at all costs. I am still waiting on copies of the bills from these scam artists. Dr Griffith is amazing. He is a kind, very caring doctor who I wouldn't hesitate to go to for any orthopedic problem. He has operated on my shoulders and biceps several times and I have always felt in very good hands. One bicep reconstruction involved taking a graft from a wrist tendon to rebuild the torn portion of my muscle. He prides himself not only in doing a professional job of the primary surgery, but he's taken classes in plastic surgery techniques and does his own skin closures.

My son's have seen Dr. Griffith several times for issues with their pitching arms. Appointments are easy to schedule. He is very well informed and amazing with them. Best ortho doc around!

Absolutely the best doctor I have seen..... Was very knowledgeable about my injury, an helped me understand what needed to be done with my injury .

I had rotator cuff surgery with Dr. Griffith. He is friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. I am in my 4th month of therapy and have no pain at all. I highly recommend him for surgery. His PA Stephanie who sees you on follow up appts is the best. Always bringing a smile at the door and makes you feel she really cares. The phy therapy upstairs does a great job at rehab. They are all friendly and professional. Mark
