Had a very nice office visit with Dr. Langenderfer. He went over everything he did with my Knee and showed me X-Rays of my Knee.

I've been to become several times and each time they have showed me they're going to take care of my problem and I have put my trust into them. If I didn't trust them I wouldn't have been back so many times. The doctors that I've seen have been super. They have always taken whatever time I need to tell them my problem. I'm looking forward to my next surgery so that I can be rid of some of my pain.

I had a total knee replacement this summer and Dr Matthew Langenderfer was my surgeon. I already had seen talent and knowledge from my 80 yr old Mother, (at the time of her surgery) and several friends!! I knew Dr Langenderfer was the ONLY man for the surgery!! Dr Langenderfer is the most caring, knowledgeable, skilled and he has blessed hands!! Your knee is going to be the closest thing to perfect it can be!! The staff that works along with Dr Langenderfer is the best!! I have to give a huge shout out to Clare, his Surgery Scheduler! She is the most kind, PATIENT person, and trust me, I am sure I was not easy! But everyone that is on his team is great!! As soon as you walk into Fairfield Beacon, everyone is so nice and thorough! It is one of the BEST offices I have had the pleasure of visiting. You will not wait in this office from the time you enter. It is a very on time, efficient office from sign in to out the door!!

I have been going to Dr. Langenderfer since 2007. In that time I have had 2 hip replacements and now two knee replacements. In all that time Dr. Langenderfer has always been up front with me. I've had six surgeries since 2010 performed by Dr langenderfer and he does a fantastic job best in the business as far as I'm concerned I would recommend him to anybody I'm always back to work in record time the therapy always works great I have no complaints at all

Dr Langenderfer fixed my left shoulder in 2015 and it was an easy recovery from a surgery that was rather extensive. A bone spur slicing into the muscle in my shoulder. When my right shoulder started to feel the same way I knew who to turn to. This time it was an easier fix; no tears or rips, just a clean out and a little bone sanding to prevent a spur. Again, excellent results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Hope I don’t need him for anything else, but if I do I will be confident in his work. Dr. Langandorfer is my hero. The absolute best doctor on the earth. I know sounds over the top but he truly saved my life. We had to work through the system and he stayed with me the whole time. I was in pain waiting for a knee replacement for 24 months He did everything in his power to get the surgery approved. Finally got the surgery and for the first time in 24 months I didn't limp and only pain I had was surgery pain which was minimal. He gave me life back and I will forever grateful for his hard work. When your in that much pain it is difficult to see any future. Now I have a future and a full life to look forward to. I give him 100 stars. Dr. Langenderfer did wonderful work on my shoulder and his follow up was just as well. He is personable and really seems to care about your outcome and his work performed. He is probably the best doctor I have ever dealt with. 5 stars!

First time visit and it everyone is so professional and courteous.

Dr. Langenderfer is absolutely exceptional. After I was turned down by two other doctors, he replaced both of my knees and gave me my life back. I would put his expertise up against any orthopedic surgeon. He has totally perfected knee replacements. It has been four years and my knees are great! Dr. Langenderfer is excellent. The spinal was so much better that other forms of knocking me out, making recovery easier. I highly recommend him.

The man is a skillful surgeon, caring physician, and overall nice guy. He is both my and my husband’s doctor, dealing with arthritis, bursitis, and aging bodies. He has treated us since the turn of the century and will be our “go-to” guy for the rest of our lives. I am an Internal Medicine Doctor who has referred my patients to Dr Langenderfer for 21 years. He has replaced both of my hips over the past few years. I am an avid golfer and fisherman. I always enjoy reading his reviews each year as I vote for him in the Cincinnati Magazine Top Doctor award for Orthopaedic Surgeon. In reading this year’s reviews, I noticed that an unhappy patient left him a very poor review. I’m surprised that the biggest complaint has to do with a lack of explanation regarding the patient’s medical condition. I find this to be somewhat surprising considering that what separates Dr Langenderfer from his peers is the time he takes to carefully explain the patient’s diagnosis even if he he is in a super busy clinic and running behind. This patient would have been better served simply discussing this with him in the office not berating him in a review. I’m sure he would have given them the time they needed. He will of course be a “Top Doc” again this year! CTD

The whole team is wonderful and caring. From consultation to rehab I felt Dr. Langenderfer and the Beacon team are truly dedicated to the best possible outcome. If you have joint pain, don't wait, get it checked out.

He preformed 2 of my 5 hip surgery. I met him for the 1st time in the ED. I DO NOT blame him for the extra surgeries but I believe he should have realized why my hip was totally dislocating on average every 8 days. After the surgery he told my husband and me that my problem, avascular necrosis, was caused by my drinking. I have maybe 2 wine coolers a year. Actually I drink so little that 1 drink feels like I assume binge drinking does. AVN was most likely caused from excessive steroids prescribed by doctors to treat my scoliosis pain. I guess he didn't bother to read any of my medical history. He also never bothered to explain what AVN is & that I have pretty bad odds of it happening again. I questioned 4 other docs that I see & none had seen it in the drinking mentioned. I do believe he added the excessive drinking to my file.

Five years ago today, I had bilateral total knee replacement by Dr. Matthew Langenderfer, MD. I have been doing magnificently! My knees feel like they are 18 years old again. I do not have pain, I walk on the treadmill for 45 mins. - non-stop, ride a bicycle, shop, go on walking vacations, kneel at church, babysit the grandkids, and have lost 30 pounds. The 7 weeks of physical therapy, ordered by Dr. Langenderfer, post-op, (after surgery), gave my knees flexibility, strength, and me the confidence to continue the work. Dr Langenderfer has provided care for myself, my husband and my son over the past few years. He is professional, thorough, intelligent and most importantly, he listens to his patients. If you are looking for an orthopedic MD who knows his stuff but does not have that “God complex”, Dr. Langenderfer is your guy. I highly recommend him.

He is the most caring Dr., but is also the most talented and dedicated doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Langenderfer performed a total knee replacement on my husband, who is partially paralyzed -- so not a run-of-the-mill surgery. Dr. L was excited to take on the challenge of helping him move towards being pain-free. He was patient in explaining the procedure as well as the pre- and post-op requirements we would have to meet. Dr. L is very kind, very encouraging, always optimistic. We have never had to wait for anything more than a few minutes at our appointments. We will be back to Dr. L for any orthopedic needs in the future!

I just had my second total knee replacement, performed by Dr. Matthew Langenderfer. He is an excellent surgeon, and careful to provide time and attention to patients at each visit. Quality care and patient satisfaction are evident in the way he cares for his patients.

I had no idea what ortho doctor to go to for my knee that was causing. E pain. My niece suggested Dr. LANGENDERFER. First I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. The entire staff at OrthoCincy Fairfield was wonderful. I didn't realize I would be able to get xrays while there. No extra appointments. Dr. Langenderfer was extremely easy to talk to. He thoroughly explained what the X-rays showed. I was able to quickly schedule and MRI using OrthoCincy at the Montgomery office. Again a smooth and stress free experience. Today I met with Dr. Langenderfer to review the MRI results. He has a terrific manner with his patients. "I treat people not MRI's". Explained my options. No pressure to decide one way or the other. If I choose to have surgery later he will definitely be my choice. I would highly recommend Dr. Langenderfer

The treatment/service was great but they charged me 700$ just for looking at my finger. No surgery nothing. Dont visit this clinic if you want to get charged correctly

Great Doctors, Rude front desk staff. I called, was told to stop in for medical records, I stopped in and the woman acted like it was too inconvenient to help me so I left not being able to obtain something super important. I guess since I wasn't handing you money, I no longer mattered.

I’ve known Dr. Matthew Langenderfer for nearly 20 years. He is an excellent orthopedic doctor and surgeon and a genuinely warm and caring person, which makes getting treatment for a painful injury much more pleasant. I’ve been under his care for patella compression syndrome, trigger finger and tendonitis. He performed carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand and torn meniscus surgery on my left knee.
