Dr. Curtis is very nice and very professional. I really like that he remembers me and my family. He takes time to listen to me and my concerns or questions. I also like his nurses as well, they are always friendly and professional as well.

Love Dr Curtis he is an amazing Doctor but, everytime I call for a prescription refill I'm leaving a voicemail due to the nurse not being available have gone a week without my meds and today I was transferred to a voicemail again.

Unprofessional and Rude. I called to make a new patient appointment after being referred by a friend. The receptionist, I assume, began to get my information and then put my on hold for several mins while waiting for a nurse. Both women began to tell me a needed a Psych Eval for one of my medications that my Family Practitioner has given to me for years. I tried to explain that I did not need an eval due to the diagnosis code but they would not listen. The nurse basically brushed me off and was rude. DO NOT come to this office. Dr. Curtis was very professional, and did a great job. I loved that they worked with our last minute schedule and squeezed them in.

I Love Dr. Curtis, he is so good with all my kids and very knowledgable about our care. We've been seeing him for over 10 years and is great with making sure we can be seen altogether.

The staff is well organized and friendly. My arrival is met with a smile and everything runs like clockwork. A nice guy.

The first time I went in I waited for 30 minutes to register and to get a room. Once I was in the room 35 minutes wait for the doctor (Dr. smith) while I was there the Dr left to see other patients 2 times. Other then the wait the first time was not bad. The next day I went back to speak to the Dr about pains I was having after leaving his nurse 2 messages I thought I would just go in. The front desk said he was busy and would call me back, 3:30 I called and was informed that they left already for the day. Unprofessional and un organized I will not be going back again.
