The regular 6-month check-up was quick and efficient. I'm wondering when the more complete exams that were provided prior to the pandemic will return.

It all began with 2 visits to the ER for suspected TIAs, because of slurred speech, droopy eye lid and unsteady gait. All tests were clear, but the ER referred me to some neurologists anyway, just in case. They also advised me to make an appt. with my GP. I made an appointment with Fonseca. As I was telling her about what happened and my symptoms, she cut me off and said that the reason for my symptoms was fatigue. She asked her assistant to run blood tests on my iron and thyroid. She didn't even offer to refer me to a neurologist, like the ER did. I actually cried in her office because I was so frustrated. She told me to call her if I still had symptoms the next Wednesday and to set up an appt with her that Friday. I thought that she should of been more serious, since the ER thought that what I had was a TIA. but nope. The visit lasted 10 minutes and then she was gone. After I left I decided to get a second opinion. I found a very good PA in West Jordan and made an appt with her. She listen to me and did neurological tests. That visit lasted an hour. She even offered to refer me to a neurologist, but since the ER referred me I told her that she didn't have to. The ER referred me to a neurologist at Intermountian Healthcare in Murray. He listen to me and the story of my symptoms. He did more in depth neuro tests during my visit. He had a hunch that I had myasthenia gravis a neuro-muscular autoimmune disease, which can get serious if left untreated. I had a EMP and nerve conduction test the next day. It came out positive. I also had blood tests to confirm suspicions. He had put me on medication even before the final blood test. It took a week to get a diagnosis, by getting a second opinion. I don't know what would of happened if I took Dr. Fonseca's advise to call her if I still had symptoms a few days after. I was at a place then where I couldn't swallow, chew or speak by the end of the day. I told her that. She ignored me. Oh and her office sent in refills for a medication that I get from another doctor. The dose was wrong as well. Avoid her. I would recommend Dr. Fonseca to anyone! She has a great calming demeanor and is very straight forward in helping understand issues. She is awesome!

Dr. Fonseca has been my doctor and friend for over 20 years. She has energy, a straight forward and direct response to medical issues, all with a fun personality. She has literally saved my husband’s life and eased so many of my ailments. Never a long wait to make an appointment or at the visit.

This was my first visit with Dr Fonseca, her staff where very efficient. Dr Fonseca addressed all my past pre-existing. She listened and addressed all my questions. She definitely a keeper

I had suffered with migraines and cluster headaches for decades, yet after my first visit with her, and the prescribed medical “cocktail”, I have been headache free for over three years. Were it possible to give this wonderful doctor 10 stars I would give her twenty! I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

Very smart, very thorough

Dr Fonseca covers all my check ups in a calm friendly manner. She asks me important questions and addresses any of my current issues! I have been with her since 2011??

This incompetent “doctor” misdiagnosed both of my parents, leaving my father with a severe heart issue. She should have her medical license revoked.

This was a Tele Medicean call to review my general health condition. I have type 2 diabetes which the doctor checks every 3 months. Dr. Fonseca was direct with her questions and reassuring that I should continue with my treatment but suggested I should begin walking more to lower my A1C. She also asked about my wife which was very thoughtful of her to do.

So when I first started coming here I thought they seemed nice enough. Yeah, they've messed up my prescriptions multiple times and this last time they didn't even give me a full month, I went through their circus to find out why and found out they need to see me to get a refill on a routine prescription I've been taking for 15 years. When I asked why they never called to tell me that in the first place they essentially told me no one ever asked. Seriously?! And trying to get a hold of someone is a nightmare. You have to call before 5 and then you get a call center, who will leave a message with a nurse who will instruct a receptionist to call you back even though you specifically asked to speak with a nurse the first time you called. Revere Health and Dr. Fonseca has more clerical issues and errors than any medical office I've worked with my entire life and when they ask me to come in they ask two questions along the lines of "do you still take this medication?" and "how often?" before writing the script. Dr. Fonseca gives very thorough explanations of health conditions and reatment options. She is aware of cost of medications and offers alternatives where possible. When I asked why they never called to tell me that in the first place they essentially told me no one ever asked. Trying to get a hold of an actual medical professional is also literally impossible.

I was under Dr. Fonseca's care for 18 months while I temporarily lived in Orem, Utah. She was caring, very thorough and I felt I got the best care possible. After moving back to the east coast for a year, I got a call from her office inquiring as to why I had not been in for an annual visit. Very few doctors would take the time to keep tract of a patient who had not been in for a while. That was another way she impressed me!

Dr. Fonseca is amazing. She is so thorough and efficient. When I visit her, she is on time, she comes in with an assistant, who takes notes while she talks to me. She has her tablet with her, and has all her notes about me right there, so she follows up on what was discussed the previous time. I had 2 ER visits for suspected TIAs. The ER advised me to contact my GP. I had an appt a week later. When I was telling her about my ER visits and my sypthoms she cut me off and said that I was fatigued and then told her nurse to check my iron. She didn't offer to refer me to a neurologist. I felt like she wasn't listening to me. Two weeks I found out that I have myasthenia gravis, a neuro-muscular autoimmune disease. I found this out from a neurologist that I personally found.

I would not let any of my family members go to this doctor or her NP. My mom suffered severe pain in her side for a month, she went to this office twice, once to see Dr Fonseca, and then her NP, and all they did was give her another prescription and dismiss the idea when she asked for a CT scan twice. I became very worried as my Mom became weaker and weaker and her pain did not go away, and in addition to that she suffered a rash and increased pain in other parts of her body due to the side effects from the prescriptions. I took her to the ER at Timpanogos Hospital, and within a half hour we knew that she had a broken rib, thanks to a CT scan, with no reason for the break. Blood work also showed her blood count was decreasing. She was admitted and had a bone marrow biopsy, which ended up showing that she has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a very aggressive leukemia. I am hoping my Mom's experience can either open the doctor's and NP's eyes to being more attentive and open to what their patient is feeling and asking for, or just warn others to stay away. And please stop putting band-aids (AKA prescription drugs) on everything. All she wanted was to know what was going on with her body. We would have had that much more time to help my Mom get ahead of this awful cancer. I would not let any of my family members go to this doctor or her NP.
