Doesn't return phone calls and 1 of his 2 message therapist does not understand when a person's body is telling them that hurts. Even after cringing and dam near screaming in pain she did not let up on the message. I full heartedly do not recommend this practioner.

What was showing my insurance being billed vs what I was being billed was different. When I called for clarification the office person was very short with me and hung up while I was asking a question. Dr. York truly listens to you and wants what works best for your body. He asks questions to understand your issues to heal your body. Dr. York makes you feel at ease and explains the why's. Dominique is by far the best massage therapist. She has great energy and understands the different techniques that your body needs. She is very professional and helps the body heal. They have great office hours and they try their hardest to work around your busy schedule. Dr. York truly listens to you and wants what works best for your body. The adjustment itself wasn't bad but, after being told they accept my insurance, I found out from my insurance company (Aetna) that Dr. Frink is covered but not Dr. York (which is who they scheduled me with). Expensive lesson learned, I should have made sure both doctors were covered but didn't think about it since they work out of the same office and I wasn't led to believe any different. Such a great place!

Ive been going to Dr. Frinks office for several years now. Ive had to grandaughters adjusted one being 3 months old. And she had several issues from birth. Made a HUGE impact in her life from eating to sleeping. My other gradaughter was 6 months and she could never turn her head to the right. He also made it possible for her to turn her head. From seeing Dr. B.. to now Dr. FRINK and sometimes Dr. YORK. They are extremely amazing doctors. I was in a car accident and have had migraines my whole life. Ive taken medication my whole life for these migraines. I dont take any medication now for them. The office staff the massage staff are impeccable. I would never go anywhere else they are always treating you like family. And care when something is wrong and even have gone so far as to call me to remind me daily of my appointments. I have been a patient of Doctor Frink since 2004. He has always given me great health advice and quality care while treating me for my lower back pain and a whiplash to my neck from a auto accident. I have recommended his services too friends and family alike. I still need an occasional tune up spinal alignment after a hard day cutting firewood or yard work and I know I will walk out upright and pain free without pills. Often I have been seen on a walk in appointment within 10-15 minutes.

Dr. Frink has delivered me from pain countless times over the many years that he has been my chiropractor. I have degenerative bone disease in my spine and when it flares up I see Dr Frink and always leave his office feeling better or know I will be feeling better shortly. The relief is enormous. He is an extremely nice person as well. The office staff is very welcoming, the place just has a really comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend everyone make an appointment with him.
