So happy I found him! He's thorough with your care, he will take x-rays and check out all of your range of motions before he touches you. That really eased my mind, knowing he had a significant amount of information to take care of me correctly. I've seen him 4 times, and it's made a huge difference already. The reason people think of chiropractics as bad is because of people like "Dr." Campbell. Treatments are nearly $100 per visit and last all of about 5 minutes. He is the only person in the office, most likely because he either can't afford help or nobody is willing to work with him. When a "Dr." has to answer his own calls, you know something is wrong. The office has a peculiar odor, somewhat like urine. The equipment is old and of questionable working order. And the "Dr." himself, despite a nearly non-existent patient load, acts as though everything is interfering with something more important. He became very defensive when I asked about getting treatment notes for my lawsuit involving my vehicle accident. It was as if he was afraid he'd be found out about being a fraud. I wanted to ask an additional question, but he hung up on me. When I was receiving treatment, he tried to bill me and my insurance both, claiming that the other wasn't paying, even though USAA always pays. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Edit: I will address the owner response. My treatment was $85.00 per visit as I just reviewed the bills paid by my insurance, close enough to $100 if you ask me. Secondly, the reason these complaints JUST surfaced is because I JUST had my last straw. The reason I only had 10 visits was because of how the practice is run. I stopped going for the reasons I listed in my review. I would post a copy of the collection letter sent to me by "Dr." Campbell if I wasn't worried about identity theft. I worked in a hospital, so I am aware of HIPAA rules (and posting my treatment dates on this site for anyone to view may be a HIPAA violation, so he isn't that HIPAA conscious). So not emailing my records wasn't the issue (I simply asked if it was possible not demanded, and he discussed my records over the phone without confirmation of who I was, so again, HIPAA), it was that he hung up on me when I was still talking (the last straw I mentioned). He started in 1983 and hasn't cleaned or upgraded his equipment since. My review was written as warning, and the owner response reinforces my view. And as for the other reviewers stating he is flexible with his scheduling...it's easy when you have no patients. PUBLIC WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. He is a scam artist and will take advantage of you. Even though I am a Medicade patient, this doctor knowingly charged me for over $400 worth of bills that my insurance did not cover, INSTEAD of denying me treatment for those occasions! He will not tell you about them, then try to hold you personally responsible for the bills!!! Dr. Campbell is the best. Fixes me right up, is fair and honest. I went from a 9-10 on the pain scale to zero, after I saw him twice. He’s also a genuinely caring man. Highly recommend!

Dr. Campbell is one of the best Chiropractors that I have been too! Not only has he been flexible with scheduling me, he also doesn't waste a lot of my time by adjusting everything(and potentially causing me more pains). I definitely highly recommend him!
