It was great being able to see & have an appointment with my doctor without having to make the 45 minute drive to his office. This is a great convince.

I love Dr. LIN. He listens to you, and really makes you feel like a priority. Everyone in the office is friendly and polite. I highly recommend this. Practice.

Very attentive and understanding. Did not make me feel bad for going so long between appointments. Nurse Kathy had a steady hand and her blood draw was super quick and not painful. Dr. Lin addressed my issues and made a treatment plan there in the office with me.

Dr Lin was very professional, friendly. He listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions that were not what everyone else has said. Also did not push testing and screenings but rather suggested and allowed me to make my own decisions.

Easy to talk to, on time and an all around great doctor. I wish all of my doctors were like him :-)

Dr. Lin is a great family doc, patient and never seems rushed. Appointments are always on time.

The initial office visit was ok but very rushed. My dad died of a heart Attack and after feeling pressure or anxiety in my chest I decided I needed a thorough checkup. It took 3 weeks to get blood and X-ray test results after being informed that it would only take 3 days and every time I called the office to ask, I was rudely informed that they weren’t in yet and told that the office would call me. Well after 3 weeks I took maters into my own hands and called the hospital only to find out that dr Lin had received the X-rays and lab results weeks ago. The lady in the office is very rude and inconsiderate and this office seems very disorganized. Now I have to find another primary care doctor and have the results transferred so I can feel comfortable with the outcome. He literally reviewed the X-rays in less than 3 min and had the rude nurse call back and say “you’re fine” Very dissatisfied and upset that this doctor takes 0 accountability or urgency when dealing with patient’s concerns. Never waited more than a few minutes. Staff is very friendly and the office function is like clock work. Dr. Lin is an exceptional physician and would highly recommend him.

I’ve been going to Dr. Lin for almost 20 years. Very friendly place , Appointments are always on time and prescriptions are easy to get refilled. I would recommend this practice to anyone or family.

I was a bit taken back when the person doing a blood draw did not wear gloves but I have no criticisms of Dr Lin nor his care. I appreciate his manner of listening and clarifying what is being shared.

Doctor Lin is always there when you need him and is always willing to listen to his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Lin for a number of years now. Staff are courteous and appointments are always on time. Dr. Lin is knowledgeable and thorough. He listens to his patients and always conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend Dr. Lin.

Dr. Lin always makes his patients feel like they have his full time and attention. Most doctors tend to rush patients through and do not seem sincerely to want them to ask further questions. Dr. Lin was willing to accommodate me in a very proactive manner, concerning my mother's healthcare, giving me peace of mind that one cannot put a price on. Dr.Lin and some of his staff are absolutely wonderful. They care and listen and take you seriously. However one particular staff member actually has us considering switching doctors simply because he is rude. The front desk and personnel that answer the phone are a link between patient and doctor and can absolutely destroy the patient experience and this particular person has left us feeling frustrated and upset. When dealing with health matters when disabled, it’s hard enough to have to deal with appointments, medications, and pharmacies. Staff making that experience harder are not worth it. Will be checking with our insurance for potential better options from here due to this inexcusable behavior. Dr.Lin and some of his staff are absolutely wonderful. I had a easy, timely,appointmenmt. SDr Lin is very easy to talk and interact with. Very satisfied

Dr Lin was SO NICE. really enjoyed my visit. Now the medical assistant in the background screaming on the phone was a little uncomfortable. That isnt the Drs fault though. He just kept going with the exam like nothing was happening. Really felt heard and understood. He even told me I could call him if I needed anything. Just really felt like he went above and beyond. Dr. Lin is shows he really cares about his patients and listens to them. I like that he tries "first measures" and let's me know how and what I can be doing specifically before moving on to anything that might require long-term treatment. Great visit I just had!
