Dr. Nina Sahri Hirshman

I just want to give praise to Dr. Nina. I was diagnosed with perio at age 20 in a different state. For years I have been paranoid about my teeth and gums and have been religiously getting cleanings sooner than recommended because of it. I saw my dentist prior to my appointment with Dr. Nina and laid out all of my concerns. Two hygienists and my dentist all confirmed that I do NOT have this disease! I sent my Xrays to her and she called me after looking over them and walked through everything with me that she could. She could have tried to convince me to come in for an appointment anyway, but she did not, which lets me know her concern lies with the patient and not profit. I highly recommend her for this reason. The little old lady behind the desk needs a lesson from where chick fil a workers get schooled in the art of customer service. She is the most bitter woman behind a desk that has to deal with people you could ever imagine. I know I am not the first person to ever think or say this about that woman. She is the reason they lost our business. Doc was fine, but that woman’s attitude and there being plenty of other places to go was enough for us to not go back. Highly recommend. Wonderful office and staff is so nice to work with. Dr. Hirshman is the best! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this office.

Love this office. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Hirshman are the best. Going thru a major reno of my mouth and it’s actually been a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I visited Dr Hirshman’s office for the first time today and saw her associate to have a tooth extracted! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, however they were all amazing! I can’t speak more highly of all the staff. The hygienist, I believe her name was Renee was beyond fantastic!! I couldn’t have made it through this procedure without her. It is difficult to write this review because there is no aspect of the entire experience that is less than perfect. It is one thing for the practitioner to be perfectly professional, but when all of the employees, no matter their job description, perform at the same high level, it is (for me, at least), so surprising and unusual that I don't know how to compare it to any other interaction I've had with any type of professional.

Dr. Hirshman is a fantastic Periodontist! She thoroughly explains everything she is doing and the reason for it. She wants everything to be absolutely perfect which I can appreciate.

I will never go to anyone else as long as she is still in business. She is the most patient focused, caring, concerned, medical professional I have met in my entire life. She is very skilled and careful. I feel very lucky to have found her.
