Dr. Michael Villadelgado

It took me 5 pediatricians before finding Dr. Mike! I have 3 boys ages 1, 5, and 7. He is the best at making families feel comfort and confident with his warm nature and interest in each child. He asks questions that no other pediatrician has asked me in the past and truly cares about children reaching their full potential.

Initially we had an ok experience with Dr. Mike as he is personable and friendly. This review is partially for him but mainly for the inadequate staff they have. We’ve been going to their office for 3 years, and our wait time has always been at least 45minutes, this is not including the wait time in the waiting area pre-pandemic. His staff whenever called upon never has the same answer or initially gives the incorrect answer, I’ve had to call several times or go through 2-3 people to get clarification on multiple items. It baffles me that the communication is so poor. The only upside to this pandemic is that they finally get you into a room right away and stop prioritizing walk in appointments instead of actual appointments already made. We’ve switched to another doctor because of their staff and once again they’ve failed to send records that we’ve repeatedly asked for...and so here we are waiting a minimum an hour. Lastly, my son had an asthma attack after seeing this doctor and other practitioners in his office when I told him all the signs and symptoms and went in at least 3 times because this was on going for 4 months, and what happens? My son gets hospitalized with an asthma attack after we’ve complied with all the suggestions. When we had our follow up the doctor didn’t even know (when records were sent to him), and I had to ask him to check his lungs when he was already done with his evaluation. Not sure what’s going, maybe that they’re in a rush and don’t care to do a full examination. Initially we had an ok experience with Dr. Mike as he is personable and friendly. The best provider for babies!! He was recommended to us by my obgyn and we love him! They fit us in right away for urgent needs, staff is friendly and office is very clean. Dr. Villadelgado is one of the best pediatricians I’ve ever come across he’s very meticulous professional and always available to answer all questions. I highly recommend him

Dr. VillaDelgado is an amazing Doctor, after doing some research on a few pediatrician for my newborn I decided to pick Dr. Mike Villadelgado, he has the experience I needed to feel safe bringing my newborn to.

I’ve been taking my 3 kiddos here for the last 4 years. I can’t say enough about Dr. Villadelgado, Dr. Teschke and Dr. Bayless. They have all treated my kids and are amazing. They are very thorough and catch things that I don’t believe others pediatricians would. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Michael Villadelgado is my daughters' primary pediatrician since they were born. He is my nephew's and nieces doctor as well. I highly recommend because he is professional and cares about his patients best interests.

Amazing Dr. Both my daughter and son have been going to him since birth. We had to switch for a year because our insurance changed. But we went back as soon as we could. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Mike and his staff!

Great doctor. My 23 year old was sad when she "aged out" of his practice. I can not say enough good things about him!

He was one of the best pediatricians we have ever seen, if we lived in OC again he would be our dedicated Pediatrician.
