Cannot get good communication or even get critical meds filled in a timely manner. When speaking with staff their errors become yours according to them. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH HERE!

The experience we had at this doctor was poor. I would NOT suggest to schedule or visit. We were not pleased with the service received by Dr Asif. We requested to see another dr at the same office and was informed the other doctor CAN accept new patients but since we had a first visit (unsatisfied) but will not accept my husband as a patient. Coruma was very rude when trying to explain the situation. The calls are recorded so please do listen to the calls around 1230pm. She hung up on us. When asked to speak with the Office Manager ONLY a name could be provided and informed Serene would call IF possible. No process on when to expect a call back. Save yourself the trip. The worst doctor I've ever had, and even worse is his nasty staff. To get a prescription filled is like pulling teeth, and God forbid you need to speak with someone only to be harassed by their office manager Rhonda, who has the personality of a nasty Pit Bull Dog. I AM AN RN. .....This Dr was referred to me by my insurance co. I have had a horrible boil like skin infection. He did refer me to other specialist. The referring dermatologist took 2 biopsies. They are infected. I was left to suffer without pain alleviation through all of this. It is Asif who is responsible for his patients welfare. He IS NOT FOLLOWING the Hypocratic Oath. . HE DOES NOT CARE IF HIS PTS SUFFER. I am appalled and can only share with authorities. If he does not care about the entire patient, he should not be able to treat public. As a nurse and in the middle of the worst time in my life, I feel my God sent me here to help others. You need to consider this before going to see this man. Move on down the list. I've been going to Dr Asif for about 5 years. Dr Asif is a good doctor, and I'm not taking anything away from his abilities, but I've been very disappointed with trying to get refills for critical medications, and then the ability to get appointments on short notice when you are denied those prescriptions. Especially mid-pandemic at the time when I had been there within 6 months or so - just doesn't make sense to me. When you're there, they say just call when you need the refill so I hadn't stocked up. I'd probably deduct more than one star if I didn't have another way to get the medication I needed. I've been going to Dr Asif for about 5 years. I've been seeing Dr. Asif for a couple years now and my experience has always been positive. There's never a wait time, he addresses all of my concerns and writes refills when requested. He's also very patient and I never feel rushed in his office. Highly recommended!

Very good listener and answers all the questions, recognizes the cause for the issue and prescribes accordingly, Doc has better knowledge than a Patient

Dr. Asif is warm, compassionate and takes his time to get to know you and really figure out how to help you. It's so refreshing to go to a doctor and feel like you're being heard and treated holistically.

Two weeks to receive a call back Bad bedside manor Misdiagnosed a common malady

Staff is incompetent, verified apt for one day and when I arrived stated it was next week. Office refused to refill meds needed daily

I've been to Dr Asif 4 different times and he has no skill with personal care nor does he do referrals if asked. The final two things that have made me start to look for another primary care is I have knee problems and asked for referral to orthopedic doctor he didn't want to give me referral instead wanted me to take pain pills. Another is I wanted referral to dermatologist and he wouldn't give me referral he wanted to do a biopsy. I found a dermatologist and was told no biopsy was needed that all was good and part of aging. I have also found orthopedic doctor because my knee keeps popping out and extremely painful at bedtime. I will NEVER go back to this doctor

Dr. Asif, is the most caring doctor I have ever had. Not only that he cares but he listens to me about how I feel and what my body is going through. Then he takes it from there getting me to feeling much better. Thank you Dr. Asif

I had the good fortune of seeing Dr. Asif the first time when I was sent to him for a routine examination required before a minor outpatient surgery. He was very thorough and helped me out with a few other things as well. I have been back to see him a few times since and he has always been very polite and professional. He doesn't try to rush me through like other doctors often do. Dr. Asif is a great asset to our Sanford community and I feel fortunate to have him as my physician.

He is a very understanding doctor takes the time to explain everything to you and what to expect when you take medicine does call you and asks how you are doing and if you have any questions. Very compassionate and cares about his patients and tells you if you need anything to just call . I would recommend him to anyone for he is great and staff is great and treat you with caring and understanding and like family.

He's very pleasant. He doesn't make me feel like a number. He's genuinely concerned about me. He listens to everything I have to say. I'm very Happy with my Dr.
