I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Dion and he made me feel very comfortable. He was easy to talk to and he listened to me about my problem and I didn't feel rushed. He also advised me to seek further assistance with a colleague of his and also a follow up with him. He was very compassionate and sincere.

Dr. Dion has replaced both of my knees and I highly recommend him if someone needs a knee replacement. He is a very compassionate physician and easy to talk to. I am having a bit of problem with left knee and he is doing all he can to find and fix the issue.

Dr Dion performed hip replacements for both my hips and for the last year I have been pain free! I can do most any activity I want. These surgeries have improved my quality of movement in incredible ways. Dr. Dion is a great surgeon and answered my questions pre and post surgery patiently. I had 3 discs fused with rods & screws installed in 2017 by Dr. Brummett which resulted in substantial reduction in pain. Currently I am scheduled to have my right hip replaced by Dr. Dion on February 3rd. Dr. Dion replaced my husband’s knee and he was up and about the next day with very little pain!

I have had several visits with Dr. Dion for my hip. He is very thorough and patient. He answers all questions completely and explains all options clearly and completely. So far I could not ask more of him.

My visit was very good. Dr Dion gave me cortisone shots in my knees so now I can walk for now without and I plan on calling his office when this wears off.

I don't know if he was in a hurry or what but I didn't feel like he was listening to me or my concerns. I felt like he didn't really care about me as a person or a patient.

Dr. Dion was very pleased with the ability to bend my knee much farther than most people at this point in time. He is pleased that I am doing so well. - I am too!

This was my first visit with Dr. Dion. I feel it went very well. I had other concerns that I didn’t have a chance to apprise him on with my knees. As far as having to make a rating on Dr. Dion is very premature right now.

He did my right knee replacement in 2017 and have not had any issues at all my last visit was a follow up on my hip that he recommended a shot which I had done and since I had that done it’s been like it never was a issue. I would recommend him 100%

Dr. Dion was fantastic with my knee surgery. My only complaint would be that I would have appreciated a follow up phone call from the office once I was home just to make sure I was doing okay.

Dr. Dion has changed my life. I just had knee replacement surgery in October. I am young, only 50. I mentally thank him every time I go up and down a flight of stairs painless, every time I go for a walk and every time I play on weekends. Pain free!!

I did a review earlier and it was noticed that I had put in that Concord Ortho was not nice or professional, that was typed wrong. This organization is extremely nice and very professional. I wanted to correct this before any one gets the wrong idea for them. My husband and I were very happy with Dr. Dion and Concord Orthopedic and we highly recommend them. Sorry for any misunderstanding on our part.

The wait was very short. Dr. Dion is very friendly and all my questions were answered.

My wife and I had appts. with Dr. Dion for knee pain. He did an xray along with a thorough exam. He explained his findings and gave us a plan to move forward. We were very pleased with Dr. Dion’s care .

It was a surgical follow up, fairly routine as my replacement knee is performing well and I’m doing what I wanted it to allow.

I saw a PA who was very informative about my situation. I felt my appointment with the doctor was very rushed and I was disappointed that he didn’t offer any advice as to what I can do while waiting for further imaging

Follow up about knee

I am a 49 yo with severe arthritis in both knees and arthritis in my left foot as well . I am in pain most of my days ...I was rushed for an issue I felt was serious. I was only in there for 10 min and left in TEARS I normally am not a sensitive individual, however, his delivery on how to remedy my issue (which was not a solution) was by losing 20 pounds( I have a few pounds to lose but I'm not grossly off the chart) and telling me I'm too young for surgery .. It left me feeling absolutely hopeless... I was also told I am close to being unable to perform surgery at all because of weight , yes , he said this.... After being in healthcare for a large portion of my years, I have never met a man with this much crass and such a poor bedside manner..... I think this man forgot that I'm there as a paying patient .... Very disheartening and disappointed, especially in the delivery... I will be taking myself elsewhere.....It took me months to quell my anxiety to come to an appointmens!

Listens well. And is thorough with his explanation about the procedure.

Good as usual

This is my second visit to Dr. Dion/Concord Ortho. The office was immaculate, set to distance due to health guidelines. I was checked in quickly, and in a friendly manner. Dr. Dion is great, calm and informative. It turned out I needed to have a simple office procedure but timing left me only ONE day to accomplish this. Gretchen and Holly made it happen.! Who even does this? I highly recommend Concord Ortho. Great experience as a Dr. visit can be.

he has been a great surgeon for me in the past and he is going to do my other knee in two weeks

Visit was quick and to the point, which I liked. But a little disappointed we did not discuss a date for my hip replacement. Hopefully after my MRI, this will happen. Have been waiting since the end of December 2019.

Staff very accommodating and professional. Actually saw Dr. Dion before my appt time.

Dr. Dion is extremely caring, thoughtful & thorough. He takes plenty of time answering any questions you may have.

Had a TKR last August, worst experience of my life. Still in more pain than before procedure. I have no confidence in Dr Dion whatsoever. I will wait until I am a full year out and if still this painful will seek a second opinion elsewhere. From my personal experience I would say find someone else!! Just my personal opinion after 9 months of pain and still going!!

Very pleased with all the staff and the doctor. They are all professionals and very polite. Midnight shift worked very hard but they are under staffed a lot of things I asked for went undone because they didn’t have the time. Some of my pt requirements the first night didn’t get done. My ice bucket ran out I asked for more it was over 4 hours before they had the time to do it. Not sure if people called in sick or if that’s the normal staffing level. From my observations it’s not enough. Thank you all
