I wish I could do more stars because this facility with professional and courteous staff went above and beyond for the whole time I’ve been coming here. Scheduling is easy and the reminder system is helpful, too. Shannon did my cleaning today and she was the best! She’s kind, understanding, and has a gentle touch. No more pre-cleaning anxieties here. I loved the way she would let you know every time what she’s doing next. My whole experience was a pleasure. I won’t change my dentist unless I’ll move away, Nick Jazayeri has done cleanings, fillings, crowns, Invisalign for my teeth and all his work is flawless, he’s super professional. I called to get appointment for my sister. Her dentures went amiss sometime during cancer treatment. We asked for temporary dentures as she has been given 6 months due to cancer. I was quoted 518 for lowers and 518 dollars for uppers and 50 dollars for consultation. When we got there 146 for consultation and over a thousand dollars for each denture.. these people lied to us and should be ashamed of them self. I called to get appointment for my sister. Please if you are military or retired do not use this office! They are out of network which I get you have to pay, but they lied and told us a certain amount only to charge almost double that! We were both New Patients to Dr. Jazayeri and I have previously worked in Dentistry for 38 years before moving here 4 years ago. Dr. Jazayeri offers a warm inviting atmosphere and we were both very satisfied with our cleanings by both of the hygienist. We definitely recommend him.

I’ve been coming here a couple of years and felt really comfortable. I’ve never had a problem with a filling that was done here and highly recommend them for adults. However, my 5 year old needs 2 fillings now and he is being referred out. This is frustrating for me as I’ve tried several dentists in the area and this is the first time I have felt comfortable. Another dentist did a terrible filling job on myself and my 10 year old and we now have severe sensitivity. This is what caused me to seek out and find this practice. So I have trust issues taking my boy to a place I’ve never been. This doesn’t seem to matter as apparently his age isn’t manageable for this “family dentistry”. I guess I’m looking for another family dentist willing to take on my whole family and actually work with us. Side note, this boy will willingly sit through what needs to be done if I tell him it will be okay. He let the hospital give him and IV and watched while they did it at a year and a half old because I told him it would hurt for just a bit and then be done. Dr J and his staff are of the highest caliber. There is no doubt that they care about you as a person beyond your status as a patient. This will be where I take my grandchildren!

The staff are always in a good mood. This makes visits so relaxing. The office is always clean even before covid. I love how professional they are and at the same time so friendly. Me and my family love this place.

This has been my family dentist office for the last 35 years. It has been like home since before Dr. J took over. The transition was so seamless that I hardly even noticed, most likely because much of the staff have been there almost as long. I have used Dr J for over 20 years. Him and his staff are super efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They take care of me and my teeth. Can't say enough good stuff about my experiences.

I'm giving 5 stars for the care my husband was given during his extractions and most of his care. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The only problem that I have is that his dentures seem to be faulty not good quality. We moved out of the area my husband only had his bottom dentures for a few months and they have been broken 8 times and fixed at 150 each time the office did reimbursed us 250. After they broke again I did talk to the doctor and he really did not seem to care I felt like I was being brushed off. I Was pretty disappointed and sad that he did not want to help us. I'm writing not to bash him but in frustration they just broke again tonight and he was only eating a sandwich. my husband suffered for years with his teeth and we thought we had finally found a solution. It was not cheap to get the dentures and the expense to have them repaired over and over is not what we had anticipated I feel that he should at least in good faith make good on his bottom plate. I know this will probably will go on deaf ears. I debated for a while whether to write on this site but tonight was the last straw just thought you should know. Staff is very friendly but it doesn't make sense that initial visit includes free teeth cleaning yet if you need to come back for a follow up cleaning it costs more than initial visit that had the free cleaning. AND I'm sure the doctor is very knowledgeable and skilled but he was anxious to leave after telling me what procedures I need. Very rude to inch closer and closer to the door as I ask questions concerning my well being. If I pay for a doctor visit I should be able to interact with the doctor himself, not just the staff, and then watch him rush to leave in less than 5 minutes. I have been taking my kids here for years as Active Duty and now retired just to be ripped off today. I've been paying my insurance that covers X-Rays, cleaning, and fluoride. My kids went today and were told the insurance doesn't cover those and we had to pay the difference. But when I look on the insurance site, this dentist office is on the list of suggested dental offices that accepts United Concordia Insurance in full. So if you're Active Duty/Retired and they are taking money for dental don't go to this place its a rip off. Exceptional Dental Care from Dr. J and his staff are awesome. We have been getting our teeth cleaned, filled, crowned, whitened, repaired, etc., since they opened up in FWB. Always does the very best work.

We have had cleanings, fillings, extractions & crowns--always a great job. Dr. Jazayeri is a magician administering novocaine. I never feel a thing. My husband is a real baby when it comes to needles, but he never minds going to Dr. Nick. Dr. Jazayeri & staff are fabulous, courteous, & always friendly. I highly recommend them.

Nick is awesome! Had a few teeth taken out and did not feel the needle in my mouth for numbing! Dude has magical hands or something. I will refer anyone to this Dr.! Great and gentle kind of guy. Nick thank you again. I must have thanked you hundred times last week using hand language. Nick is worth the price.

Best dentist I've ever been to. The staff are super friendly and the doctor does great work. They never once made me feel bad about my horrible teeth. I was amazed at how Dr. Jazayeri administered Novocaine with literally zero pain, I didn't feel the needle at all.

Excellent care performed in a timely manner in a relaxing atmosphere.

Even for someone who earns very little and is afraid of the dentist. Going to his office actually feels like a treat rather than a chore.

Dr. Jazayeri team are so awesome, the teeth cleaning was exceptional by Aviana and the teeth were brilliant white after the Baking Soda cleaning/shower. Dr. Jazayeri prices are very competitive and he beats most dentists. He is very courteous and listens to his patients. He performs minor ortho, minor extraction, minor root canals, complete filing and many other procedure. I would definitely recommend him for all patients. I've been a patient for a couple of yrs now and while I never enjoy going to the dentist Dr. J tries to make it less painful. I like the email reminders, I like the music, and the staff has always been friendly. I like that I have never been badgered about cosmetic procedures or new toothbrushes. I recommend Dr. Jazayeri.

Best Dentist in this area!!!! I woke up one morning with my tooth hurting so bad, I called Dr. Jazayeri office to schedule an appointment and they got me in the same day to see him. Dr. Jazayeri examined my teeth, put me on antibiotics & pain med's, and now I'm feeling much better!

I don't have to wait too long to be seen and they are great about reminding you if you have an appointment, and also great in keeping you updated on everything. The hygenists are so friendly and fun, and Dr. Jazayeri is quick and percise, which is great. I've had no insurance confusion with them and they have always had great knowledge about what I would need to pay (if I did at all) with my particular insurance (tricare prime). I recommend.
