Dr. McWilliams is friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough during my examination. He is also surrounded by a very friendly and helpful staff.

Dr. McWilliams and his staff are awesome!! They're very professional and genuinely concerned about their patients. I highly recommend them for your ENT needs!!

I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone at the office is friendly and kind, and seem genuinely concerned with my health. Dr. McWilliams listened to my problems, did an exam, an gave me some options. He does move pretty fast, so have questions ready. When I asked questions about options, he took his time and made sure I understood everything. I did have surgery and he was able to improve on a previous surgery elsewhere. I can finally breath again, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Follow up appointments are helpful also. I would definitely recommend Dr. McWilliams to everyone.

Dr. McWilliams was my surgeon from a deviated septum and turbinate reduction in June 2021 and I can't say enough good things about him. From the first appointment, he and his staff took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. My surgery was very successful and I am breathing better and feeling better than ever! The staff is always courteous and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. I would highly recommend (and have recommended) Dr. McWilliams if you ever need an ENT.

This was the most very medical professional experience I've had in a long time seeing any doctors in this area. All of the staff were on top of everything, very informative & little if not any waiting. Dr Sean is awesome. This Dr. knows his stuff and did a great job on my nose surgery and my complications I had to come in to see him for. Would highly recommend Dr. McWilliams and his wonderful staff to anyone.

Dr McWilliams came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Outstanding and friendly staff. Always seen promptly. Diagnosis and options explained thoroughly. Sinus surgery cured decade old problems. Very happy.

From day one I've had nothing but good experiences with Dr. McWilliams and his staff. I've never waited long for my appointments, the staff is very friendly and competent, and Dr. McWilliams diagnosed my issues thoroughly through an in-depth hearing test and sinus CT. I ended up with sinus surgery and had excellent follow-up care. I would highly recommend Dr. McWilliams to anyone having ENT issues.

Dr McWilliams and his staff are always professional and willing to help. They are very attentive, prompt with appointments and extremely knowledgeable.

From the first visit, I felt very comfortable with Dr. McWilliams, as well as his staff, all of which have been very professional, accomodating and made me feel that my health and well being were their first priority.. Dr. McWilliams was patient, very knowledgeable as well as direct and to the point. I had been suffering with inherited sinus problems for 30-40 years. He indicated that he could solve most, if not all, those problems. He was right. I am in the third week of recovery and, for the first time in many, many years, I have not needed nose spray or an antihistamine pill to get me through the night. Thank you for job well done.

Before my sinus polyp surgery I had regular ear and sinus infections because of all of the polyps. Dr. McWilliams was correct that I would feel much better after the surgery. He was very thorough and good at what he did. Everyone in the office is very friendly and efficient. I never wait long for any of my appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. McWilliams and his team.

Dr. McWilliams is very knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions, very to the point. Office staff is very pleasant, works to accommodate. Haven’t ever waited over five minutes to be taken back.

Dr. McWilliams quickly addressed my needs last November when I had extreme sinus issues. After surgery, his aftercare has been phenomenal! Now I see him quarterly to manage the process and he's very thorough in his explanations, instructions and working in tandem with my allergist. His office staff is wonderful and friendly handling every small detail with billing, perscriptions and appointments. I highly recommend Dr. McWilliams and his team!

I have been a patient of Dr. McWilliams for at least 8 years now. He performed two surgeries on me to correct defects and the results of a botched surgery performed by another doctor several years earlier. His care after the surgeries has been careful and attentive to keep my sinuses healthy. My life has definitely improved with the interventions Dr. McWilliams performed! He is professional, knowledgeable and he listens! I recommend this physician to anyone needing specialized or general EN&T care!

Dr. McWilliams is the best! He and his office staff all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared about. He has been able to help me with my sinus issues where two other ENT's failed.

Dr. McWilliams did some sinus surgery on me about 12 years ago and I had wonderful results. He and his staff are wonderful caring crew. I trust in him and his opinions. I would rate him a 10.

Awesome hospital and great staff!

I am so happy to have found Dr. McWilliams. After 3 other sinus surgeries and years of being miserable, he is, by far, the BEST ENT I have ever been to. I will continue to see him and will not even consider anyone else. He has fantastic bed-side manner and speaks to you so you can understand what he is doing.

I was very happy and well pleased with the care and professionalism provided by Dr. McWilliams and all of his staff! He performed sinus surgery on me and I very excited and very satisfied with the results of my sinus health! I would recommend Dr. McWilliams 6 out of 5 stars! If there is anyone who needs an ENT, look no further! The follow-up appointments are also very excellent and he is staying right on top of my health and making sure that the following sinus issues don't come back again!

The office staff was so friendly and patient. Dr. McWilliams was very thorough and helpful and kept in mind what I, as a parent, needed to know about my son. Andre was also very helpful. I usually have many questions if we ever have to go to a new doctor, but they answered them all before I even asked. They seemed to genuinely care about their patients and the families. What could have been a worrisome experience was wonderful.

The doctor is very professional, helpful, and genuinely concerned about my issues. He also is prompt and efficient and does not make me wait. The sinus surgery he did on me last year was well done and thee have been no problems post surgery. Highly recommended

Office staff is very professional and friendly. Today's visit was less than 30 min.

Long history of allergies and severe, hard to treat sinus infections. He tried to treat with antibiotics and steroids aggressively for about 8 months before suggesting surgery. I had sinus surgery, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction and after the first 2 weeks, there was a noticeable difference. As I continue to heal and the swelling reduces, even when I'm stuffy I can still breathe so much more out of my nose. I'm very very pleased with Dr. McWilliams and the surgery he provided.

Dr. McWilliams did sinus surgery on me about 6 months ago and I have nothing but high praise for the whole experience. Dr. McWilliams was very personable. He took time to explain things and answer any questions I had. I went to Dr. McWilliams because of the great experience my wife had with the same surgery about a year earlier with Dr. McWilliams.

I was referred to Dr. McWilliams by my primary care physician due to chronic sinus infections. He was very thorough in his assessment and explanation of my condition. I did require surgery and feel I was well prepared for what to expect before and after surgery. The follow up after surgery has been positive and I no longer feel sinus pressure and definitely can breathe more freely. Dr. McWilliams is very kind and reassuring in his demeanor with patients.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. McWilliams as my ENT. I went to him for help with my deviated septum and he has been the best with helping me find relief. He explained everything really well and provided me with my options. I ended up having a deviated septum repair surgery and have had a great and easy recovery. I can't recommend him enough. I have enjoyed having him and his team as my ENT team. If you have any ENT issues definitely go and see him.

I am so glad I went to Dr. McWilliams. Went in for an ear ache and discovered severe wax. He also found I had polyps and deviated septum and other things. I had been living in misery for several years with allergy and stuffy nose and living on antihistamines and Sudafed all for naught. After the surgery, I have been completely allergy free and finally I can breathe again! Love him and his staff. Always treated special and with much care. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had sinus surgery by Doctor McWilliams. After examining me on my first visit, he scheduled a CT scan and the scan found numerous polyps in my nostrils. Doctor McWilliams scheduled surgery shortly afterwards and it was successful. I can not say enough good words on how I was treated by Doctor McWilliams and hs very competent staff. I have already recommended Doctor McWilliams to family members. A10 PLUS.

I have been a patient of Dr. McWilliams for over 9 years. He is thorough, listens to your concerns, and is very kind. He sincerely cares about his patients and always takes the time to explain things and answer questions. He always walks you out to the check-out desk, and says "If you need anything, just call us" The office staff is always kind and caring. Dr. McWillliams is the"Best" I highly recommend him. .

I underwent sinus surgery with Dr. Mcwilliams 4 months ago and the results have been life changing. I can breathe again, taste again and no longer have sinus headaches. The recovery was a piece of cake and the results were immediate. Dr. Mcwilliams and his entire staff are extremely professional and truly care about their patients. I was able to call at any time with questions and never had to wait long for an appointment. I am so pleased with my results-thank you so much Dr. Mcwilliams!!

I struggled with sinus infections and pain all the time before finding Dr. McWilliams. Everyone in the office is amazing and very nice. Highly recommend.

Was very fast and friendly. Best hospital in Florida.

Received mixed messages from Dr. McWilliams & his staff regarding surgery options. Once you get their answering service, which you get during office hours, they never return a call. Staff is nice, but not very well informed. Was pushed to warded unneeded surgery w/o even another consult. Their Billing is OUTRAGEOUS too! $342 Facility Charge (not covered by BCBS)! Also you will be taken back by Sacred Heart's pompous attitude on over priced procedures.

I had a good experience with this doctor. I previously seen other nose doctor, which I didn't feel comfortable to do surgery. With dr. McWillams, it was no waiting time in room but took some time to schedule an appontment. My nose was damaged and I had difficulties of breathing in one side. Doctor schedule surgery, which went very smooth, and I'm happy with results. Thank you, Doctor McWilliams.
