My appointment was confirmed online thurdsday 29 at 10:15 am, when I got there 21 miles driving from home and 35 minutes long way, the nurse or employee told me the doctor did no work morning only evening, I was so mad they told me they called me, but I never got a call, I told them why did not text me to cancel or change the appointment o sent a email, she said they did not text.

He and his staff were wonderful, kind and compassionate, to me and my special needs daughter. As a first appointment I was impressed.

Was in the emergency room and they recommend a different gastrointestinal doctor but I went to Dr James on local reviews and I am glad I did. Office staff very nice, nurse went over all my information and never rushed me along. Dr was very informative, listened to me and took his time. I left there feeling much better. I would recommend this Doctor.

The visit from walking in till walking out was very friendly, professional, with confidence on my part that I am in got hands and taking care of. Thank you. My disappointment came the next day. I have requested that my appointment result be sent to Dr. Shamim that we were going to go over the finding s of dr.James. To my surprise and disappointment was not done and I missed the opportunity to follow on with Dr. Shamim as we planned and was promised from your office. Still, I will be coming to your office when needed.Understand some time things go wrong.

I was trying to get insurance information to try and get seen here, the lady that answered me was extremely rude to me. I accidentally called again thinking it was another number and she said” like I said before you need to wait till Monica comes in!” I then asked her for her name and she told me she couldn’t hear me and dropped the call on me. Dr. James is very unusual. He listens carefully to what you have to say and he actually hears you which is unusual. He just doesn't send you for testing if he knows what the problem is. Very unusual in this new day and age of healthcare. Very satisfied, both myself and my husband who is also a patient So glad we found him. !!

Excellent Doctor. He takes all the time required to explain what is the situation and the course of action. The whole staff is very kind and always offer excellent service. He is the best gastroenterologist I have ever visited. Highly recommend.

First I have to commend the office staff. They were extremely helpful in setting up an appointment for me and very pleasant to deal with. Upon meeting Dr. James I felt very comfortable discussing my situation with him. He was not in a rush and actually sat there and listened to what I had to say. I would highly recommend Dr. James for any a Gastro issues.

From the first moment I entered the Office for my First Appointment, through the actual Colonoscopy performed by Dr. James on December 10th, 2019, until my final follow-up visit January 8th, 2020, I've had nothing but the finest experience one could expect when facing an overdue Colonoscopy through fault of my own laziness. Dr James didn't scold me like I expected ... and deserved, but put me at ease and assured me it's not like they were in "the old days". I'm grateful for the good doctor and his staff and would recommend him for anyone in a similar situation as me, although "Scardy Cats" usually keep themselves hidden. j

Excellent Md and team

I would give Dr. James and his staff more than just 5 stars. I was in a scramble to find a Florida doctor to help me be able to continue my infusions for Crohns (am a Winter snowbird from Illinois). His staff listened to my hectic plea to having to schedule an appointment as soon as possible as my next infusion was scheduled for November 26, 2019. His staff scheduled me for an appointment the next day. Dr. James was easy to talk to, really listened to me, and was deeply concerned to help in any way for me to continue my treatments here in Florida. He even called me later that night to discuss one of the medications I was taking. How many doctors do that? His staff was exceptional during check-in, very polite. I would highly recommend Dr. James. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Dr. James.

The best service ever .very polite and on time

I was very pleasantly surprised on my visit. I was a new patient and was in and back home within 90 minutes. Everyone was very nice, respectful and friendly. Dr James was a doctor who actually listens to the patient.

I would highly recommend Dr. James. He was thorough and listened to me before making decisions on my health needs.

Dr James is great dealing with his office staff raised my blood pressure seems the only thing that concerns them is getting money up front even when your insurance doesn’t have a co-payment. They actually threatened to cancel my appointment if I wasn’t going to give them money up front. I was told to call my insurance company which I did, my insurance company stated they are in network and are not supposed to demand up front money or use Medicare rates to quote what I should pay. I do not have Medicare insurance.

Very pleased with Dr. James and his staff. Highly recommend. He is everything I hope for in a Doctor.

Dr. James and his staff were a "breath of fresh air" from my last experience in a gastro where I waited for 2 hours before called to the examining room. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and had my procedure completed the next week. His staff was caring, thorough and constantly reassured me that they were as close as my phone if I had any questions or problems before my procedure. Dr. James is affable, caring and put his patients completely at ease. He cares about his patients

The office staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful through the new patient process. Dr. James was very comforting and supportive during my appointment with him. The fear of having any procedure can be very stressful but he erased that stress. Five days later I had my procedure and everything went well. I highly recommend Dr. James and his staff.

I recently moved to Florida from New York and, needless-to-say, had to find all new physicians. I was fortunate to find Dr, James! Both Dr. James and his office staff were professional and put me at ease with my first visit. I would most definitely recommend this office to family and friends . . .

I came in that morning as a walk-in patient. The receptionist, Debbie fit me in the schedule and I was seen right away. I waited no longer than 10 minutes and was brought back and seen by The Physician who addressed all my needs and questions. Dr. James, then walked me to the front desk where I scheduled my procedure appointment with ease. When I got home, I received a call back from Mirielys to confirm all the information given to me that day for my upcoming procedure. The office staff Rocks!

Dr. James is a caring and very knowledgeable doctor. He has always taken care of me, even visiting me at midnight while I was in the hospital.
