Dr Zenetos is wonderful. I feel like I am in good hands. He is kind, & listens to your concerns.. As for his staff...he needs new staff! Please! You can hardly ever get someone on the phone. They are Not professional at all. Rude..Horrible! Horrible! You will be waiting for a call back for up to days. And when you do eventually get a call you are often treated very rudely. It leaves me feeling so upset that I was treated a certain way when all I’m doing is Wanting information. Especially during this horrible time during COVID.. But Dr Z. Again Is great.Thankyou & good luck UDATED REVIEW POST...... if you are a patient of this doctor....you sign a contract....if you mess up once( they never scolded me smoking pot btw, but that's just my experience.) ok so, if you break the contract ONCE, they dismiss you. I had a horrible experience whERE I didn't not know there were drugs in a drink at a party I attended. To say the least, they dropped me. I felt so mad and just disrespected. I had no control over what happened to me, I sware! This was not my fault, I was seeing him for over 3 years, nothing came up bad in my urine, and this one time, they just dismissed me. Which I guessed I understood, but still mad because I did not know drugs were In a fruity punch. I lost a old great friend do to this. It was truely saddening, because this Dr. Is one of the ONLY DR.'s that still prescribes pain medication to patients that truely need it. Now I was left all alone with nowhere to go, that has led to-a life of dismay, total anger, and again left all alone dependent on pain meds. Then the withdrawals come, then you are labeled a Drug Addict. It's sooooo wrong. But I guess that's how the world works nowadays.... farewell Doc. And I hope this updated review helps somebody. Be careful with what your not sure OR sure your putting into your body. I just finished a stint at detox and rehab. That did nothing for me( SO NOT GO TO ARMS ACRES,) Back to square 1. An extremely good Doctor everything I expect from a gd. Doctor. Very experienced, concerned.and professional. He always keeps you at ease. Plus, very timely. Always on time.

Worst pain management I have ever seen. You can be feeling very bad. They won't pick up the phone or call you back if you leave a message. They forget to send your prescription to your pharmacy. And you have to go the the office personally to have it sent. In the meantime you're in pain for days until you do. I recommend to go somewhere else for your pain management. This Dr's office is the only one I have ever encounter that never call back their patients. People don't bother with this Dr. Worst pain management I have ever seen. You can be feeling very bad. This “doctor” only cares about writing prescriptions to get return patients. He staff are idiots that ignore calls right in front of a packed office.

Over all a great doctor. Attentive and compassionate. Great bed side manner w the elderly. I only subtract one star because he is a hard to reach doctor. ESPECIALLY.. due to some times ( we the people the / his patient) needs to reach out to him to update things. It's not easy to just do a pop up (walk in) to talk to front desk during covid time. His Astoria office line needs revamping. Although it says open on google no one picks up the phone line. Leaving a msg on that line falls on dead ears. It seems the only way to reach him is by calling his alternative office and leaving a msg ( because someone is actually picking up the phone) and usually that works. But other than that. I absolutely Love DR Z not only has he helped me deal with my pain but actually didn’t think I was just making it up to get medication I’ve undergone numerous surgery’s and when having one done on my arm which includes my hand elbow and shoulder and got something called RSD also known as CRPS no one else would listen or dismissed what I told them even when a nerve test came back saying I had Carpal Tunnel when I had surgery just a year prior for carpal tunnel release I would wake up in dying pain my arm would be hot sometimes and cold at others I would have pain that no one took seriously so after sitting down and explaining everything to DR Z and some test and having him be able to see these things as they would happen he sat me down and asked me if I knew or ever heard of RSD and explaining to me exactly what it was and what to expect and when I had flare ups what I could do to help me with them he didn’t just push me off or label me but actually wanted to help me find out what I was dealing with I can never thank him enough for the help and hope he has given me his staff is outstanding and will always try and help you with just about anything they will give you their emails and tell you if you need anything to email them and they always call you or email you back I’ve seen the office packed and they always don’t have the time to answer the phone or are on the phone with a patient or pharmacist and can’t just hang up on them to answer someone else’s phone call for the people saying they never answer the phone there is a reason why they didn’t or couldn’t answer your phone call I trusted DR Z that I sent my mother to see him when she couldn’t get answers from her other doctors and he was able to help her and figure out what she was going through she is now able to walk around and sleep at night when for over a year she wasn’t sleeping and couldn’t really walk much if you want a great doctor then he is who you want you want a good doctor I’m sure there are plenty of them out there but they ain’t DR Z he is one of a Kind the kind of doctor you want when no one else can help you I absolutely Love DR Z not only has he helped me deal with my pain but actually didn’t think I was just making it up to get medication I’ve undergone numerous surgery’s and when having one done on my arm which includes my hand elbow and … More

Dr. Zenetos P. is a 1st class doctor. Very knowledgeable in his field of work & in other issues of medical field due to to the fact that he used to be a hands on surgeon as well. He is very respectful & open to constructive suggestions. I'd highly recommend to all who need help in dealing with chronic pain as well as neurological or other issues as well. Very caring and will listen to you and figure out what is wrong. He doesn't dismiss you like other doctors do. He finds answers and solutions to help you fell better. By far one of the best Dr I have ever been to.

I love this doctor with all my heart , he’s so compassionate and caring DIDNT give up on my chronic pain , he helped me get answers and he’s exceptional , I won’t ever stop seeing him , love his patience and expertise, on the other hand his employees are very rude and don’t treat people kindly , they never pick up the phone . His PA’s are exceptional as well very kind I just feel his staff are a VERY unprofessional . They treat people like addicts , not everyone that goes there is a drug addict, some people really have chronic issues as myself . Overall he’s the BEST !!! And his PA’s ..... he just needs new staff , as per the wait time , sometimes u gotta wait long but if u want a good doctor who cares and looks out for the best of you then it’s worth it . first time with him today and I must say that i have ALOT of doctors that treat me for liver transplant issues and many others. Dr. Zenetos is right up there with the best doctors ive been to. Hes caring and has a great bed side manner, He gets to the pain issue and understands the frustrations that come along with dealing in pain. I think we will have a good relationship. I recommend him highly

I have been with Dr. Zenetos since 2009. Dr. Zenetos is very compassionate and cares deeply about his patients. He has a great bedside manner after he does a surgical procedure on you.

Was any other patients contacted about the CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT regarding him falsifying urinalysis to dismiss patients?? He did it to my wife in July 2017 when she questioned his diagnosis, which he was wrong about.

The doctor is. Very professional and efficient. The nurse practitioner is also caring and understanding.

zenetos turned into a lying pill pusher over the last few years. he lied and told me that my urine came up with marijuana in it to discharge me. i told him that"s impossible because i am a crane operating engineer that is urine tested twice weekly to keep my license. i have never smoked marijuana and brought him my urinalysis from my employer and demanded another urine test from him. he didnt care because he had 100 junkies waiting outside. zenetos turned into a lying pill pusher over the last few years. he lied and told me that my urine came up with marijuana in it to discharge me. i told him that"s impossible because i am a crane operating engineer that is urine tested twice … More

Dr. Zenetos has been our pain management physician for about 15 years. My husband and I are very satisfied with Dr. Zenetos and trust his diagnoses, treatments and referrals.

Dr. Zenetos is a very nice Dr. As for office staff, they'really not very personable. We have been trying to contact this office for over a month for follow up visit from a procedure. We have called at least 9 times. You never get anyone answering phones, always a recording to leave message. Left 9 messages, and no one has even bothered to call back. I'm surprised he still has a practice, since no one ever responds. Think we'll just look for another Dr. It's ridiculous!
