Dr. Stephen Robert Kruger

I have been coming here for 20 years. The staff has always been professional and kind. The service has been thorough and they have always given courtesy calls the day before to remind you of your appointment. Although they don't provide certain services/procedures, they are very helpful in getting me the care that I need. I just see some of these reviews and feel they deserve more credit than what some others have had to say...thank you!!

I love it. They are very clean very fast and friendly service

I’ve been going here for about a year and a half. Very greedy. They say you need so many fillings that you don’t need just so they can get money out of you. The staff and receptionists are very rude with bad memory. They are not understanding and they are not good at doing dentures or flippers. I wouldn’t recommend this place

I have been going here for over 20 years and I moved from the area and still travel back to come here even though Dr. Kruger has no manners, no personality and a lack of understanding. Today was the last day coming here. I had an appointment at 2:30 and left my house over an hour before just to make sure I was early for my appointment. Unfortunately today there was an accident on the expressway causing delays. I called in advance telling them I was running late. When I got there 15 minutes later, the office refused to give me my cleaning. The girls at the office were rude and not caring. I would never recommend this place and it should shut down because of their horrible service. The dental hygienist and Mr. KRUGER was knowledgeable and very helpful. No fluff, no upsell just real conversation and honest answers.

Went to see this butcher and was told I need a Crown done. Quoted me a price had services done paid in full. After services were done had pain could not eat on that side went back office had the audacity to try to charge my insurance for an emergency appointment. Then I call again to make an emergency appointment because I have migraine headaches as well as still pain in the same Crown he got paid for in full and the office has the audacity again to tell me I might have to pay 75 to 175. What kind of medical practicing doctor doesn't stand behind what he does that's OK the whole world will now know about this doctor. Filing a complaint with the dental association as well as small claims court for both my payment in full as well as damages he has created me and time of loss work. Went to see this butcher and was told I need a Crown done. Called me a price had services done paid in full. After services were done had pain could not eat on that side went back happy audacity to try to charge my insurance for an emergency appointment. the top 2 DDS' I've ever came across after sifting through 20+ yrs of dental care .... I'm particular as hell, and his dental skills are able to give me peace of mind when it comes to letting someone handle something as important as your teeth. I'm technical by trade, and I know Dr Kruger handles everything technically precise & correct. The worst dentist ever. After spending thousands of dollars on crowns, they keep falling out. When I call to have them cemented in again I am charged. Not only that, the office staff can’t give you an appointment until the the office manager Lily approves it. And make sure you don’t call for an appointment because of a toothache you will wait a minimum of 10 days for an appointment. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST.
