We had an appointment for 3:30 pm, we came here and guess what? They are closed! They Friday hours 8am - 5pm. No one gave me a call, no text message! Worst customer service I ever had in my life

I am highly disappointent in the staff, situation today and having to find a new provider. I took my daughter to be seen today only to be informed they couldnt see her due to an issue with billing on my other childs account. My children have been patients of Dr Erckman for 11 years!!!! They could have done something different but it was obvious today that my childs health wasnt a priority for them. I wouldnt reccomend this office to anyone! He used to be my husband's doctor when he was a child. Wonderful person and terrific staff. Love this place.

The staff is extremely nice and he is the best doctor I have ever been to! He was mine as a little girl and he is now my daughters! We love Dr. Erkman!

All I can say is that my daughter adores her doctor. The staff is very friendly and caring! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a pediatrician.

Dr Erckman is my children's pediatrician and he was their mother's pediatrician. I think he is a great doctor. He really helped us keep things in perspective when we were new parents and everything seemed like a huge emergency. I now live near downtown Charlotte but still happily make the 45 minute to one hour drive to see him. I see that someone gave him a less than excellent rating because a pediatrician's office expected children to be vaccinated. I don't want to send my children to a pediatrician who won't stand up to parents that make bad decisions for their children and the public at large. If it was possible for me to give him an even higher rating for this I would. Bottom line, if you need a pediatrician and are in the Monroe area Dr. Erckman is the best choice. Dr Erckman is my children's pediatrician and he was their mother's pediatrician. I think he is a great doctor.
