Absolutely love this practice. Claire has been wonderful to work with. She actually cares about what is going on and takes the time to discuss and explain everything. They are always punctual and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend them.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone at this practice. Claire's bedside manor is fantastic, she actually listens to you and cares. I have had a lot of issues the last year and she has done everything to help me. I would recommend them.

Been going to Dr. Sergent's for years. The only rude person I have come in contact with is the lady who takes your money. I had the misfortune of a bounced check and didn't realize it. The fact that I had been going there for over 14 years without a single check mishap didn't matter. I wrote one and she said she would never receive a check from me again. Sure, everyone makes mistakes--I didn't mean to make that one--but she was so hateful about it and it was terribly embarrassing. Dr. Sergent is always kind, honest and helpful and so is Dr. Claire. I highly recommend them--just wish that receptionist would leave.

1 star is way to generous for these rude, backwoods, uneducated people trying to practic medicine! The PA, Claire, is very uneduacted and completely reaked of stale beer when we visisted. So clearly hungover and making up information. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else! I would not trust these people with diagnosing a common cold!

So glad I found this office a few years ago! I see the PA, Claire, who always is very through and takes the time to actually listen to me. The staff is very nice and I have since referred a few friends there.

Absolutely enjoyed my visit. You can easily tell that the whole staff is knowledgeable and truly cares. LOVED that they squeezed me into their schedule and I didn't have to wait a month to be seen! The PA was easy to talk to and took her time to explain everything to me in plain english.

Honestly the “ BEST” staff, and service is very helpful and you never wait longer than 5 minutes!!! I’ve been to ( ALOT ) of doctors offices where I’ve waited up to 2 hours in the waiting room and then about an hour in the checkup room, and my parents spent a lot of $$$$ for 5 minutes with a doctor! The difference in this establishment is that this one genuinely cares about you and treats you like family!!! I have no idea where the other complaints are coming from, because My experiences are Great!!! I will admit it is outdated but if you want to pay $$$$ for better lighting and furniture for 2 hour waits... Please be my guest!!! But if you are looking for an affordable establishment with no wait and kind staff, then this is your best bet!!! Fabulous practice! I haven’t had a bad experience and never have to wait long. Dr. Sergent and Claire make a great team and are very educated and professional. Claire has excellent bedside manner and has always taken great care of me. Everyone go see them!!!

This is the most backwards and rudest small town practice I have ever seen. My family has been seeing this physician for decades and now that a PA has pretty much taken over this practice has gone down hill. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I will NEVER step foot back in here.
