If I could leave no stars I would. My husband died of a massive heart attack he said was anxiety and suggested I seek a psychiatrist for him. Never sent him for any heart tests.

I have been going to Dr. Marshburn for 2 years now. And I've had a great experience. The staff are always very friendly too.

Dr marshburn is great I've had him for over 2 years unfortunately his staff not so much. I missed two appointments and anytime I missed appointments I have had to pay for that and I always have I missed appointments due to my dad being in the hospital because of a heart attack something I could not plan could not help and now they're saying they can't see me anymore wow.... How can you be a family practice and not be about family. So now I have medicine that needs filled and I'm not going to be able to do so I feel like this is neglect. We are supposed to be understanding when they are closed for week or ruled cause it's been a bad day or forgets to call in prescription and then takes it out on you because they didn't do their job but then want to punish you. I took my daughter one time and because her provider wasn't Mr marshburn on her card even with appointment they wouldn't see her and even the insurance company said that that was then called for that there was no reason they done that. Once I paid and then the next time I went I was told that I owed and even when I tried to say that I already paid it one lady said yes but the other lady that sits in back never smiles said no. Really sad that unfortunately due to having bad stuff this doctor is looked onto as bad. Dr marshburn is great I've had him for over 2 years unfortunately his staff not so much. Nasty office run down and staff were totally rude , hateful people all 4 of them. Would never recommend this filty run down place to anyone. ZERO STARS

Dr. Marshburn and his staff literally saved me today. I needed to see the doctor quickly for a physical and this wonderful team stayed late to help me get the paperwork completed. I will forever be grateful to them for getting me in and out promptly! And yes, folks, you see a real doctor. ????

I have been Dr Marshburns patient for 10 yrs. I have found him to be trustworthy, Doesn’t mind spending time listening and explaining. I highly recommend him and his staff is great.
