Avoid this place at all cost. Rude, couldn't provide a proper functioning denture with a correct Bite. Kept 50$ from refund of the plus denture package. I'm once again toothless. Went in a week ago for a denture package, I got the economy plus, they fit great, but the bite was off. I had an adjustment, today a week after, and they filed off the teeth, I was unable to eat I tried to explain to Dr Young I was eating before he fixed the bite, he wouldn't listen to me, insisted that's how it was supposed to be and when I told him if I couldn't eat they were function-less he insisted on a refund after I was told they were going to remake them. Slammed the overhead light and walked out. Very unprofessional, especially since I had my 2, and 3 year olds with me they were also frightened. I'm heartbroken that once again I can not eat with my family, I have no teeth, being 26 all I'm going to be doing until I get some one else to make my teeth is cry. This is absolutely ridiculous

The bite should have been made correctly in the dentures to begin with. It was not my fault, they should have been remade and, should not have blamed everything being that my bones needed aveloplasty over, and that I needed time to heal, I should have been told that during consultation instead of going through all this heartache to begin with if that were the case. I honestly think they just didn't want to fix the mistake they made, and that they felt the need to off me as their customer because I knew the teeth were un-usable.
