Have been seeing Dr. Buffington at The Urology Group for about 14 years after an injury and have never been disappointed with his expertise. Have required a couple of surgical procedures and Dr. Buffington has always been very through and competent, taking plenty of time before and after the surgery as well as post operative visits. Very pleased to have him as my Doctor/surgeon. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding urology doctor or surgeon. How can a DR. do a surgery for a pelvic sling and let the patient leave without urinating to make sure no issues???Patient had to have bladder empty after 24 hrs and now has to use a caether. A second surgery that week and still no results and no answers to why this is happening?? How is this possible? How many others have had this experience? Please share your experiences. I need answers. I would never recommend Dr. Buffington again and devistated .

Great, just got to know each other, but I will be back next year.

He has been amazing so far. He is kind patient and caring. It is so wonderful when you find a doctor that is this good.

I have interstitial cystitis and kidney stones so I have seen many urologist in Cincinnati and elsewhere(including Cleveland Clinic).Dr Buffington has been the most encouraging urologist I have come across so far.He stays up to date on new treatments and procedures to help with my IC.He is also very open minded to new things I find and would like to try.Also when I'm having trouble he actually calls me back himself way after business hours.I wouldn't let my family see anyone else!He truly cares!
