Excellent service , she listens a whole lot and is extremely comprehensive in her approach with me as a patient . I have been seeing her for many years and will continue my care there and I highly recommend her as a PCP

I have seen Dr. Mohan now for 3 years. I really like her. She's attentive and lately we've done the video visits since covid hit. I've been so happy with her always. Very good doctor for me. I live in about an hour away. She's worth it to me.

The absolute worst. After waiting an hour I was made aware I wouldn’t be seen for another hour and a half. Two and a half hour wait total! Paid for nothing…left with out being seen. Completely unprofessional. Waste of time and money. Spare yourselves don’t go here!!!!!

Dr. Mohan is simply the best. She is caring, thoughtful, friendly, and intelligent. Her advice is always correct, and she makes going to the doctor a painless process.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!! Stay clear from this place!! You will get ripped off!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Work there for five years and I seen a lot of bad things at this clinic. They have different employees every month because of poor management (Adrian Losanes, Rich Mohan). And because they try to take advantage of their workers. Dr. Mohan is a good doctor but her clinic runs late because she has her patients get there at 8:15am but she don’t get there until 9ish. They also were charging MEDICAID patients at one time and that was stopped cause I told them that was illegal for them to be charged. I have seen patients have credits on their accounts and I was told not to tell them about it unless they said something about it. I was told to WRITE OFF credits that patients had instead of trying to get ahold of the patient to advise them of money siting on their account. I could go on about this place. It was truly the WORST place I’ve EVER worked at in my life. I was the Biller there and if you have any questions about a bill or anything from this office please reach out to me. Never ever on time I always have to wait 1 or 2 hours past my appointment time she needs help

Always have to wait at least 2 hours past appointment time and if you sign in after the person with the following appointment time, they will take them first. Every time rx's need filling it takes about a week before it all gets called in. I have to call the pharmacy, then dr office, then pharmacy and back and forth. Her office staff can't seem to get it together. She has been my dr for 30 years and it is only getting worse. She is a great dr And I would highly recommend her. But it would be nice to have an appointment and it not take all day. It would also be nice if the follow up (rx's) could be right just once. Always have to wait at least 2 hours past appointment time and if you sign in after the person with the following appointment time, they will take them first. Dr. Mohan has been excellent in giving medical care to my family. She is very thorough, detailed and extremely knowledgeable.The wait time is normal cause she gives the best care to each patient making my far drive worth it. I would strongly recommend her.

Dr. Mohan is by far the best doctor I've ever gone to. She really listens to what you say and answers all questions. She may run behind on schedule time, but gives the same time to you as she does with other patients. I don't ever get impatient because she's worth the wait time! Dr. Mohan is kind and has patience with everyone. You won't find a better doctor. All the referrals she has given me have been great! I can't say enough good things about her, as a person or Dr. I completely trust her!

She's a good doctor. She takes her time and listens to her patients. And yes,sometimes she gets behind and its a long wait. But she cares and listens if you want to be hearded thru a dr office like cattle, go to a differant dr!!

I love this Doctor!! She is knowledgeable, patient, listens and works with you and your health goals. Some people may complain about the wait, but thats only because she gives everyone the same sit down, eye to eye contact and heart felt treatment. I dont recall exactly how many years I've had the pleasure of her being my physician but I have watched her children grow up around the clinic. Dr Mohan is a family woman that loves helping people. I have been admitted to tph of kaufman and dr mohan is the attending doctor she is awesome even concidering her to be my primary care physician but she dous not with my type illness. But i hifhly recommend her

One of the worst run offices in Kaufman. We have waited for one week for them to call in a prescription refill. Nurse has told me the last 2 days she would call it in and still has not called it in. Left a message for Dr Mohan to contact us directly and she will not return our calls. My mother in law is a stroke victim on a very specific medication regimen and is required to take these meds daily and has now been out a week. Her office over books where our last wait in her waiting room was over 2 hours till I complained she was on oxygen and her travel tank was nearly out. This is the most ridiculously run practice and I am contacting the Board to let them know the type of practices her office is running! One of the worst run offices in Kaufman. Best place best doctor and staff

She is the best doctor ever. She is very kind. Her staff is kind. No other doctor in Kaufman can treat a patient like she can. I would recommend her to anyone in the area who needs a doctor. She is simply the best.

Dr. Mohan provides excellent service. Her expertise in internal medicine is superb. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. I would strongly recommend Dr. Mohan.

Dr. Mohan is a very good doctor. She listens to all concerns and her advice is spot on. Her office staff, especially her so-called billing staff, leave MUCH to be desired. Were it possible to leave a negative rating for them, I would do so. When patients have to perform follow-up with the insurance company to get visits and procedures paid because the billing staff is either too lazy or inept to do their job for which they are PAID, is time to find another doctor. Wait times 2hrs w/appt.

I have been seeing Dr. Mohan for several years. She has been wonderful to my entire family. She accepts my insurance and I never have any problem getting an appointment when I need it even the same day. She takes her time with me every time and is very thorough. I never feel rushed and she makes me feel very important every time. I have a long complicated medical history and I trust Dr. Mohan with all of my medical problems. Her staff is always willing to help and always friendly.

I would not recommend anyone else going to Dr. Mohan because she obviously has too many patients already. I like Dr. Mohan but it takes forever to be seen, sometimes up to 2 hours with no one even letting us know why. The staff is rude and uncaring, But like they told us we aren't special, so don't go there and expect to be treated nicely.

Dr. Mohan is an amazing doctor - BUT, her staff leaves a LOT to be desired. I made an appointment to have my labs drawn, but they didn't write it down on the chart, almost missed the lab pickup time. The staff did not call in the prescriptions needed for my blood pressure or my chest infection, and would not return my calls regarding my questions. I trust Dr. Mohan, but after 20 years as her patient, I am changing doctors because I do not trust her staff. They do not do what they say they will.

This Doctor refused to do continued echo test so I left out of frustration when she said I might have an abdominal aneurysm for some reason that made no sense since I didn't have any abdominal issues or pain. After leaving her care and moving out of state to Colorado, I found out that I had large blood clot in my heart and could have died at any time. I would never ever recommend this Doctor.
