Excellent Care and concern by the entire staff.

The doctor and nurses listened to my concerns with patience and professionalism.

All staff members are very courteous and attentive. Communication is important to me, and I was very satisfied with the information and help I received from Dr. Vandiver and each nurse involved in my treatment.

Made me feel comfortable and is very nice.

My mother in law has had a terrible experience with this Dr. She was supposed to have two surgeries both for knee replacements. She ended up having 4 surgeries, one of the surgeries is because the medical device was defective. She has also had staph infection both times she had her replacements. When they found out her knee replacement was defective it was after she called multiple times for almost a month. They told her the swelling was simply post op, they told her to just go to the E.R. The staff never spoke with the dr. They never took her seriously. It wasn’t until she demanded to speak with the dr. She went to the office and demanded to speak with him, so they finally let her make an appointment for the next week. When she went in the following week Vandiver told her she needs surgery ASAP. She ended up having to miss the birth of my daughter (her granddaughter) because she had to have surgery that day. If they would have listened to her a month prior she could have made it to the hospital to see her granddaughter. When they went in for her surgery they “fixed” the device instead of just replacing the device. She is still having issues with her knee after over a month in a half of having surgery. Most likely she will have to have another surgery for another knee replacement. This will be the 5th surgery in less than 6 months. Her knee down to her toes are extremely swollen. Everyone was so courteous from the front desk person to the xray tech & Dr. Great service all around.

Everyone seems to really care for my health . I am treated with respect and they want me to be comfortable with my experience I learned all about my procedure in advance so I would know what to expect,that really helped.

First visit, I open the door and I'm met with smiling patients and smiling staff. That's a first for me! Keep up the good work, Dr Vandiver!

Excellent care facility. I was in the Hospital last winter and the care I received was above and beyond. Their Physicians are kind and friendly, with great bed side manor. Highly recommend.

It is blatantly obvious that these other reviews were written by his staff or complete cronies of the all mighty doctor. This guy has a horrible staff and suffers from a terrible case of God complex. Find a doctor that truly cares about you and your family. Doctor, hand in you humanity card, get in your G Wagon and GO AWAY.

Very professional and fast!

The whole experience was amazing.

It was great as always. Dr Vandiver is so gentle.

Very friendly staff, and the doctor answers my questions and volunteers information.

Dr. Vandiver and his staff treats you like family. It just doesn't get any better then that.

Dr. Vandiver always hits the mark. Excellent patient-doctor manner, he fully explains what is wrong and what is the prescribed treatment.

I was very pleased with my Visit with Dr. Vandiver. I went expecting to have to make an appointment for surgery but instead was given the option of trying a new medication in the form of an injection. Working so far.Thanks

Quick, courteous and complete! Was seen on time, the whole staff was professional and listened to my condition, then the Doc explained what the tests showed. Was treated and out the door, highly recommend.

Every person that I came into contact with before and during my appointment was very professional and courteous. The doctor listened to my concerns and answered every question that I had. If I ever need to visit this office again I know that I'll be well taken care of. Thank you all very much.

My daughter was taken to the ER and was seen by Dr Vandiver. He was exceptional. She had a compound fracture at the ankle her foot was only held on by the skin on right side of her foot. He was excellent; he took her to surgery and kept us informed about everything. Her fracture healed but of course she’s had chronic pain every since this happened which he had explained all of this to us and why. I would recommend him to anyone. This happened several years ago but I just happened to see where I could tell him how great he was. There was a bad review from someone named Jerry. I want him to know we are not office staff or hospital staff we had him treating our daughter. I can’t imagine anyone that wouldn’t have liked him and the hospital staff and his office staff. Dr Vandiver is not only an amazing doctor but an awesome person! He helped my mother when she was in the nursing home..taking time out of his own day to check on and help her. We will be grateful forever for that...other doctors just wrote her off, but not Dr. Vandiver! He has helped many of my family members through orthopedic problems as well. Dr. Vandiver was absolutely amazing with my daughter. He was very patient, attentive and thorough. The staff (especially Karen) are extremely sweet and helpful. Overall, great experience.
