Sold me defective lenses (that have developed large stress cracks) and refuse to remedy the situation unless I let them send the glasses back to the 'lab' for 1-4 weeks. I have a -11 prescription.... So i'm just supposed to be blind until they come back. They refuse to help in any way, even though i have asked them to make it right multiple times. Since i used my insurance to buy them there, i now have to go out of pocket for new glasses somewhere else. They also refused to give me my prescription, so i had to get a new eye exam as well. Absolutely ridiculous, poor customer service. Stay away folks! The Dr. was incredibly rude.

I have been a patient of Dr Kay for 10 years. Recently I tried another Dr closer to home, just for the convenience. This other Dr pushed me and my wife toward la-sics surgery, saying there want much more he could do. I went back to Dr Kay for second option. Dr Kay was honest explaining thee severity of our cataracts and our options. In the end both my wife and I got new glasses and have a budget started for the inevitable.
