She is very thorough with serving heart

She gives very poor information--inaccurate, changes her mind, says she will call in a prescription and then doesn't, sets a teleappointment and doesn't call and more. I could not recommend her to anyone!!

I felt very difficult to reach out to doctor for any concerns and need to wait for 2 months to schedule an appointment (not kidding),the staffs are not friendly to order refills or schedule an appointment. I felt that the doctor is not taking care her patients well.

I can't say enough about how Dr. Potharlanka has helped me! She and her team care and not only treat my ailments but care about my whole person as well. Their in house nutritionist helped me lose a lot of weight and they fight my insurance to get the medicines I need. I've referred 4 people already and each one is extremely pleased. Thank you Dr. P and your whole team.
