Scheduling is impossible. Appointments are never on time. I didn’t feel good so they refused to see me. They refused to see my wife after she was in the hospital after the hospital told us to follow up with your family doctor. What’s the point of having them as a family doctor.

Compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. The perfect trifecta for a physician. Highly recommend .

Dr caveng, is very personable and friendly. He takes his time and explains everything in detail about how he is going to treat you. And gives you the opportunity to ask question about any concerns you might have. 5 stars??????????

Scheduled appointment months in advance, as a first time patient. Show up on the date of appointment, and the receptionist has a look of surprise as I approached the desk. I tell her I'm there for my appointment, and she asks me who I'm there to see. I tell her Dr. Caveng, and she tells me that he is not here today. She said someone should have reached out to me to change the appointment. I told her that absolutely nobody contacted me. She pulled up my information on the computer and told me that they had my phone number off by one number. The office had no problem confirming my appointment when I made it months ago, and also had my email on file. The receptionist then said that she was sorry and asked if I would like to reschedule, but that it would be a few months before an appointment was available. No thank you, I'll go to an office who has more respect for their patients than this.

First time patient today. His bedside manner is incredible. Hands down the BEST doctor I’ve ever seen. He really listens to what you are saying. He explains everything he’s thinking and you leave feeling like you actual made progress. I will be a patient of his for life.

Great doctor

I feel Dr. Caveng and his staff work together nicely. Dr. Caveng is a very caring person and it makes the time with him quite valuable. If he is running late, I just sit with a computer to pass the time. There is coffee there, cold water and TV. The staff handles medication requests with ease. I know I can count on them. He understands how I prefer the more natural approach vs chemicals. I use 2 medications and finish with the natural things. He understands aging too.

I've been his patient now for many years so I have enough experience with him to form an accurate judgement. He is great. He is very patient and listens. I think listening is one of the most important virtues in a doctor. And he is accurate in his diagnoses. Another important thing. I plan on being his patient for many more years.

He has been my doctor for 10 years. Yes he runs behind because he gives each patient the time they need. I find it hard to believe so many people seem to want an assembly line appointment. If you are in a hurry find another doctor! Truly a caring doctor with outstanding bedside manner.

I waited 2 hours after my appointment time. There was no communication from anyone to inform me that I would of waited another 2 hours from that time. The girl was more worried about her phone then the patience in the lobby. The call to confirm you will be there at your appt time but dont call to say they are so far behind schedule. People have jobs and families and this was a complete disgrace.

Only been here once.... new patient, over an hour Wait and i was told to come early (which i did). I have no problem with Dr. Caving but 5 weeks to get an appointment then my follow up 2 weeks after, the computer system is down and i was told not to come in... that someone would call back to reschedule..... yup, no one called, guess they dont care. So days later When I finally called them they act like I did something wrong by not calling me back and now I can’t get an appointment for 2 months.

Dr Caveng is an exceptional doctor. He is one of the few that TAKES TIME with you. Meaning he does not rush you in and out of the office. Most people like me want to talk to my doctor about what my health experiences have been since the last time I saw him. To go over in detail my quarterly blood tests. Most importantly he acts as your friend, not just your doctor. He listens. He cares. That is what we want in a good doctor.

I am 71 and have been to many doctors. I find Dr. Caveng to be very professional and caring. He takes his time so I don't mind if he running late because I get a turn too. People who wait need to understand, you will get your time with a Doctor so bring a book. His staff is included in the 2018 5 star rating. Remember, Doctors are human, not robots. If your not happy, find another Doctor. We are all entitled to our opinions and experiences.

Just got back from the Doctor's Office but didn't actually see the doctor. It was a 9:30 appt. He was already backed up an hour. I could not wait any longer. He may be a great doctor but there are plenty of other great doctors that don't make you wait an hour.

I had been coming to Dr. Rocco for at least 20 years . I was in the hospital more in than home for a year. When I finally got to stay home and feeling much better I called to make an appointment . When I went to my appointment The receptionist said I have never been there before ! to this day I still don't know what that was about. . . But today I made an appointment so I could be taken as soon as I get there . I got there at 5 I sat there for 45 min 2 patients were taken in before me !!!

Some people will complain about his bedside manner and I can honestly say that is completely untrue. He has great bedside manner. He looks you in the eye, emphasizes and talks to you like a person. He runs behind in his appointments. Most of the time you won't see him until an hour after your appointment time. HOWEVER when he sees you he gives you his undevided attention. He does not rush you at all! Great doctor.

Horrible bedside manner. Is always behind schedule - 20 minutes after the office opened for the day he was behind schedule by 40 minutes. He is always behind in his appointments and never apologizes for his lateness. He also does his exams and diagnoses with his eyes, never touches his patients. For urgent issues, he will send you to the ER rather than see you or talk to you on the phone. Those that gave him 5 stars are either friends or family. Steer clear!

Terrible bed side manner. In addition, if you want a physical you must ask!!!! I was his patient for many years and I NEVER received a physical.

He listened to every word I said and spent quality time with me! Truly cares about his patients and makes you feel at ease. Every other doctor rushes you through the door! Love him!
