Hello! My name is Shane I have been a patient for Dr. Shah for over, well almost 2 years. I suffered a back injury from work. Dr. Shah heard my concerns and my frustrations. The chronic pain I was in after the shots did not help. He asked me, after evaluation, if I myself wanted surgery. He was not forceful. He was caring, understanding, and insightful. Here I am today almost 2 years post op of surgery, and I feel so much better. Thank you! Dr. Sullivant - I have been a patient for the same amount of time with Dr. Sullivant. Even after surgery. She is a miracle worker. I trust her with my needs. She is caring, kind, and insightful! Thank you for all you do!

It's so nice to have someone really care about treating my pain and concerns, she is fully engaged and actively listening the entire time. Her abundant knowledge and willingness to share information to improve your health exceed expectations, the passion for her work is so obvious.

So thankful I found Dr Sullivant. I see her for functional Neurology & chiro. She continues to add new items to help me progress. Very caring and willing to listen. Can’t say enough. Great person. Great doctor. Great staff.

Staff is very quick, friendly and efficient, Dr. Sullivant is knowledgeable and easy to talk to about any health concerns that I have during my visits. Since receiving treatment here I have noticeable results that I have maintained and I am pain free!
