I would never recommend to family or friends. I would have had a better experience with the dog's vet. Office clerk was exremly rude. She could learn some skills from other IVCH offices. Clearly, these staff we're hired as cheap as possible off the street or out of McDonalds. Classless, rude, inconsiderate people who do not belong at IVCH.
