I'll admit it. I was terrified about seeing Dr Mitchell and his staff. I almost canceled my appointment several times, but I'm so glad I didn't! Everyone was so friendly! From the ladies at the front desk to the X-ray tech to the doctor himself!! Dr Mitchell listen to me and explained my best options. He didn't make me feel self-conscious about being overweight and neither did any of the other staff. That's a huge Plus in my book!!! I highly recommend them if you need a doctor of this kind! My experience with Dr Mitchell and his super friendly, professional and compassionate staff was wonderful. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk, to the sweet girl who did my x-rays, to the nursing staff that assisted Dr. Mitchell were so professional and very kind. I hold Dr Mitchell in great esteem, as he has always been so extremely professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my condition(s) and offered an immediate solution for the most agregious one. He implored me to return to his office if I needed to. He and his staff made my Service Dog Darius and I both feel welcomed. I give Dr Mitchell and his staff 5 stars across the board and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the office of Dr. Mitchell to anyone with orthopedic needs. My husband saw Dr. Mitchell and had nothing but positive things to say about him. He was very helpful, took his time to figure out what was going on, and had great bedside manner. Very grateful for such a positive experience!

I am extremely disappointed in Dr. Mitchell. In the past 90 days, i have seen him for a grand total of 10 minutes. that was the day i came in for a surgical consult. i was told i needed emergency surgery the next day. that was the one and only time. Since then, all i have ever seen was his PA, of whom I am even more disappointed in. I have had nothing but pain and intense swelling for 90 days now. I call to speak with a nurse, and get the voice mail. IF and WHEN there is a call back addressing my concerns, the only answer i have ever gotten was, elevate it, ice it, and take NSAIDS. One would think that after 3 months of this continued problem, it might bear questioning as to the source of the problem. I have booked a consult with another practice to transfer my treatment mid healing.

Receive ACL reconstruction and more recently treatment for Achilles tendinitis. Very happy with both. Very professional, caring Doctor.
