I ve been seeing Dr. Galhorta for yrs. He is fantastic. He cares about his patients. Dr. Kupor who shares his offic is also excellent.

I have been seen by Dr. Galhotra since 2002. I can speak very highly of him & Dr. Kapur & also to include the front desk office staff. Especially ALL of the ladies who have been with him as long as myself & even longer. As of late tho, with the expansion of his office (originally located at Dysart Rd & McDowell Rd, Avondale), there have been several times where my wait time exceeded my appointment time. It has not happened so frequently though that I had to bring it to the attention of the front desk nor the doctors themselves because, all office members (most importantly the doctor's themselves), are highly attentive & in tune to their patients needs & that includes their comfort while waiting to be seen. Another plus is when you need to have blood work done, it can be done right there in the office that same visit. No having to set a separate appt. & being required to go to another location. Bathrooms are plentiful, spotless & handicapped accessible. Parking is like any other doctor's office~ Doctor's Galhotra & Kapur occupy the entire south side of the medical building while the north side is occupied by another medical practice. Rest assure, you WILL get a parking spot. Handicap parking is plentiful for those displaying the appropriate license plate insignia and/or the appropriate colored & dated rearview mirror "hanging" handicap insignia hanger (which must be displayed any time your vehicle occupies a marked handicap spot). These spaces can accommodate both small & large vehicles. The office staff is the best I have seen in my 35 years. Rescheduling is usually not a problem in that YOU are as respectful to canceling as they are AS ACCOMMODATING in meeting your scheduling needs. They are very aware that emergencies & other situations arise and sometimes canceling may be your only option. They ask the same as any other office would ask & that is as soon as you know that you're unable to make it to please call. You won't be "scolded" for being a no-show, but it is frowned upon only because if some day YOU needed a specific appt but it was taken only to have that person either cancel TOO LATE TO NOTIFY YOU or just NOT SHOW UP. Therefore making you miss out on your preferred time. It's just about being respectful to the doctor's time as well as their patients time. This office will most likely 99% of the time offer you anywhere from 2 or more time slots on the day you chose or are given to be seen. I don't believe too many other family practitioners can boast about THAT specific convenience. It's not necessary that I throw out any ONE name as far as receiving AWESOME, EXCELLENT & the utmost PROFESSIONALISM I have ever encountered in a family doctor's office, but ask for Veronica if you think you need to bring anything medically to the attention of the doctor. First of all she knows these doctor's inside and out. They have trusted her for close to 20 years (maybe longer). She has been my "go-to" person any time I was unsure of something or had a question either prior to or after my visit in which she could always provide me the answer or solution. She greets you with a smile in her voice every time and if you're lucky enough to speak with her in person, she genuinely is focused on YOU, standing in front of her (doing nothing else), listening to JUST YOU. EVERY DOCTOS OFFICE SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO EMPLOY A "VERONICA". She is mostly in the back & on the phone helping to resolve issues from scheduling, processing insurance claims or placing courtesy calls to remind patients of their next day appointments. I hope that for the health & welfare of you & those you care about, are able to experience all that I have boasted about. I do not need to brag about doctor's Galhotra & Kapur, I wanted the general public looking to find that special office where the people who work there, are genuinely & sincerely there to meet the needs of every patient who walks through their doors. Terrible experience with this office

Not to happy the way doctor. Remembers the things he tells us to do!

I'm patient for Doctor Ravi Galhotra about over 10 years, he is doing very excellent outstanding service also staffs are very friendly. Even I don't have appointment still he check for me. I'm giving 5 stars to him.

Very caring, knowledgable doctor. Always available for me when I needed him. Only one who paid attention to me and my symptoms when he diagnosed me with RA. I highly recommend him.

Worst health care provider I've ever encountered. Purely out to take your money. MD won't even see you, sends a clueless PA to interact with patients. And then send astronomically high bills for this lackluster service.

Worst doctors office I've ever been to. Spent 8 hours waiting to see someone between two visits. Never actually saw a MD. Then received huge bill from them and quest for my visit, including services not provided. Called to ask for explanation and they told me they won't work with me at all and that I owe them an astronomical amount of money for essentially no useful service. Had to go to another doctor.

I had very bad Cholestrol and Diabetic. Dr.Ravi G.gave me some Medicine sample. In 10 days my Lab report shows normal. I really appreciate to Dr. Ravi G. His staff is very friendly with me. Mostly , whenever I went his office, I don't have appointment with him, he is so nice,he saw me as walk-in. Even I knew he is busy. Dr. Ravi G. Thank you.
