So far this place has been so awful to work with! I have had to call and remind them to do what they said they were going to do on a weekly basis. My fiancé is the patient here and he works A LOT so I'm the one doing all the communicating. They don't understand how important communication is obviously. I have been told numerous times throughout the last month by Melissa the "medical assistant" that they have submitted his case to insurance and I was just informed today that they STILL HAVEN'T. I cannot believe they would lie about something like this and I would not recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting their health taken care of, because these people DON'T CARE. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Verma and his staff. The staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Verma was very competent and explained things to me and made a plan for future treatment. No complaints at all.

Not impressed so far. 80 year-old mother with Gastro intestinal problems. Staff can’t seem to work with express scripts after several tries with both voicemail and email. What is the worst part of a colonoscopy? The prep by far. So imagine doing it all, not eating for 2 days, chocking down the nasty magnesium citrate (all 4 bottles) and arriving early for your appt to get this over with. Holding your paper from the Dr office in hand confirming your appt you are pulled into a backroom by the nurse. The nurse informs you the Dr office never booked your appt so it was all for nothing. No apology from the Dr office just silence. So if you love the prep this is your place. If you hate it and actually want your efforts to have purpose look elsewhere. Had A Great Experience When I Had My Colonoscopy There. Dr. Was Great And So Where The Nurses There.

Probably one of the easiest appointments I've had in awhile. Punctual, informative and addressed any extra questions I had. He let me know the different steps we would take if my treatment and reaction went one way or the other. I'm glad I got referred here, would refer to family and friends.

I’m so appreciative of Dr. Verma. The staff got me in on a same day appointment because I was having symptoms. When he first came in he said “tell me all of your history, I have all the time you need.” How reassuring that a doctor wants to take the time to hear your history even if it may take a long time. He was very patient and actively listened. And when I said I prefer a more natural path for treatment he was not rude like other doctors have been and changed some treatment ideas. Terrible communication! Completely unresponsive to phone calls and messages left with his answering service and unresponsive to messenging via the IMS portal. Negligent in following through with preauthorizations with the insurance company. I waited weeks for several tests and proceedures only to find that his staff never even processed the orders. This Dr seems to be preoccupied with something else. He only works 4 days a week and only from 8-3 with a 2 hour lunch!

My experience with Dr. Verma has always been great. He is a doctor that has read your file beforehand and knows exactly what he is doing. I have been going to him for 14 years and never have had a problem with him. He is wonderful.

Dr was easy to talk to and explained things well. I also liked that I didn’t have to go to the hospital for my procedure and they did it at the office (saved me tons of $). If you want a dr who is smart, to the point and thorough- he is a good choice.

Pleasant demeanor, patient, and very competent.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my colonoscopy.

I am a colorectal surgeon worked with Dr Sanjay Verma for more than 10 years, He is a special physician, superb gastroenterologist ,excellent diagnostician with exceptional skill set.He is also very caring and compassionate.This combination is rare, I would recommend to him to my family anytime.

Felt he really took his time and explained things in a way I could understand. It made what I thought would be an uncomfortable procedure more understandable and less scary. Immediately got a sense of caring and compassion from him, not to mention feeling like he knew exactly what he was doing and that I was in the best possible hands.

I had visited Dr. Verma due to discomfort in my stomach and abdominal area. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the potential causes and the possible treatment methods. My experience with Dr. Verma was great and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Verma is one of a kind. Super knowledgeable and invested in his patients. I was having major bloating issues and he helped me get to the bottom of it. Bloated no more!!

Dr. Verma is knowledgeable, patiente, caring. He takes time to answer any questions you may have. His staff responded to my requests right away. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Verma for a while now and we can highly recommend him to anyone.

I went to Dr Verma for myself and thought he was amazing. So when my teenage daughter had a semi emergency he was my 1st choice. I am so glad We called his office! He was able to diagnose her extremely quickly and do the procedure she needed right away! He was great with a scared young girl and her parents!

I think the doctor is great and very to the point (maybe that's what I like.) He ordered tests to diagnose me and prescribed medications to control my symptoms. I thought he was very efficient with my time which I appreciate.

I walked into the office and never even talked with the Doctor. His PA talked with me and was very nice. Scheduled the appoinment before leaving then they cancelled the day before, after telling me not eat any solid foods. I had family in town to take me to the appointment. Rescheduled and had family fly back into town and guess what cancelled again. Dont ever plan on using this doctor for anything.

Terrible! After a 1 hour wait he spent less than 5 minutes with me. He was rushed and rude. I would give him negative stars of possible.

Terrible manners. Patients deserve to be treated with some amount of dignity and respect. Don't look for that here.

He was rushed, there was a 2 hour wait just to see him after check in with the receptionist saying only 5-10 more minutes over and over. Then to see him and feel rushed and no real answer to my concerns because I was so rushed

Horrible bed side manner. Dr is as lazy as the staff he allows to run his clinic. I would NEVER return to this place. I’d rather drive hours to see someone that listens and is prepared during office visits.

Horrible experience with this specialist. He sent my husband to have several procedures done. We sought a second opinion with another physician. Thank God, we did. Several large polyps were removed. Non cancerous. Dr. Verma knew of these polyps and didn't remove during the first colonoscopy. So disappointed and disheartened by this doctor. I WOULD NOT recommend this doctor to my family or friends.
