Dr. Vikram Kapur

I’ve been with this doctor 5 years now they have the worst customer service. I got a MIR 3 weeks ago and keep calling for my resaults back keep calling just getting out on hold

I've been going to Dr Kapur for over 10years. In response to one review that said his English is Poor is a lie. He speaks perfect English. I guess this review being from Scottsdale makes him a little bias for what reason? You can only guess. This Doctor goes beyond giving you time to talk and he listens. Friendly with professional recommendations for my health.

They don't send the insurance authorization! Been waiting for them to send all info to insurance for test for 2wks! People can die if tests are really needed and these people don't care! Have been on hold 2x just listening to music for over 20 min , are they there? are they closed? They just automatically send you on hold !

I really like both doctors, Dr. Kapur is my doctor, has been for 17 years. I am not happy with PAs that have been there. Some staff are wonderful, some are oblivious that patients are human and without us they have no job. Office is clean and has blood draw and ekg available if needed. Dr. Kapur is a very outstanding Doctor. I could not ask for a better Doctor.

One of the Worst in Avondale. Recently was denied to have one of the Doctor's in the office call me to discuss possible Covid Symptoms because Irene at the office says I owe them $1.92 from last year. The office staff here is horribly rude most of the time and the wife of one of the Dr's works at the front desk, rude also. I have been going here for a really long time, due to close to home and liked the Doctor who I saw for several years otherwise would have been gone a long time ago. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Dr Kapur is an Incredible and caring doctor. I’ve had him for at least 14 yrs. He’s very knowledgeable and smart.He’ll give you as much time as you need every time he sees you. He’ll make sure he’s in touch w your other caregivers and they with him as well.

Dr. Kapur is amazing. He has been my PCP for over 15 years and has been the best for me and my spouse. I would not go anywhere else and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Dr. Kapur and his team have always been more than helpful and professional anytime I need of them. Thank you Dr. Kapur and staff for all you do for me and my spouse!

It is unacceptable the way they conduct business. I've been going here for more than 2 years, seeing nurse practitioner Arthur MacDonald. He seems very unstable. As I am the type of patient that needs to be see once a month, he is "hot" one visit and "cold" the next. No consistency. The actual doctors at this office have no compassion and are not willing to even hear what I have to say. Needless to say, I am looking for a new doctor, as these people do not treat their patients with regard as human beings. We are just dollar signs and emotional punching bags in their eyes, and that is not okay. It is unacceptable the way they conduct business. Been a patient fotover 15 yrs, my fiancee is now a patient and told me she hadn't seen a doctor in too many years! I referred My best freind to him also and told me finally he found a doctor who diagnosed him right! Got his blood pressure Under control along with Other issues. Now his wife is a patient! Finally a real old school-doctors office! I would rather change my insurance company than my doctor's! Avoid at all costs!! I have been going here and am in the process of changing to a new doctor. I have never even met the Doctor. Always see a Physician Asst which have been ok but you would think a Cancer Patient who is in and out of the hospital and dealing with severe pain they might escalate once?? There office coordination is the worst I have ever seen. NEVER do they follow through. I am on hold now to talk to the Office Manager now for 25 minutes. I asked more than 2 weeks ago for a call back from her. Needed a pre-approval dome to get a formulary drug over a generic and turned in last week. Call today and they have o idea or record of my even calling. I have asked for referrals to specialists and NEVER have they accomplished even one. They are pathetic and downright dangerous in there patient management. I refer doing positive reviews but we need to protect each other where incompetence is present. Avoid at all costs!! I would recomend this office and the Drs are very good my mother, daughter and myself are Or for over 2 years the staff up front and in the back are friendly and efficient I have never had to wait more then 10 to 15 min to be taken back for my apt.

I chose Dr. Kapur as my new PCP when my insurance plan changed early 2017. Numerous years ago, he worked as a Hospitalist seeing patients in a hospital setting. I worked as a Nurse & cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He is a long time "seasoned" M.D. with a vast wealth of knowledge. He is kind, genuinely cares about his patients, and is very thorough. He has great bedside manner with his patients, and is a Dr. that patients and staff truly respect. So happy to have him as my M.D.

I love seeing Dr Kapur. He has always been amazing but as of lately I keep getting brushed off onto Nurse Practitioners. I am paying to see a doctor not some stranger I have no desire to share years of issues with. Last minute cancellation and changes are annoying and a huge problem. Most patients have jobs! The staff always is rude and unprofessional with the exception of a couple girls in the back. Although I love the doctor I am looking into a new one since I can never see him anymore anyway.

Vikrams english is very poor, I don't recommend him to anyone. I had to explain myself 4 different times to him. His office is not organized at all with any paperwork. What should have been a 45 minute appointment turned into 3 hours.
