50 minute wait, less than 5 minute spending time with the patient is not the right practice!

Always a good experience with Pearland center. Dr. Sun is awesome. Seeing her for more than 10 years. Jill Blake her assistance was kind enough to explain all my questions. Ratna Chakrabarti

After several visits to my regular PCP, Dr. Sun was the one that diagnosed GCA. That was a year ago. Jill was the medical assistant. I could write a book on the outstanding service I received that day and the many visits since. When I hear Jill call my name with my chart in her hand.....it is a comfort feeling that is unexplainable. The compassion that she and Dr Sun have is outstanding. I will forever be indebted to them for EVERYTHING they have done and continue to do for me. Both are always very patient and take the time to answer any and all questions I have. My visits NEVER feel rushed or unimportant. I highly recommend Berkeley Eye Center in Pearland. Karen Payne

I have my annual eye exam with Dr. Sun since 2013, but this year I made an appointment for April 4 at 8:30, I arrived at 8:00 and I had to update all the paperwork again (nothing had changed, but is the rule). At 9:15 I was still waiting and when I asked the receptionist about the situation, the answer was "Dr. Sun is not in yet" there was not even an apology. I tried to make another appointment (2 times), unsuccessfully, Dr Sun will be back on Jun 8th, Definitely Admin personnel doesn't help

My experience as a whole was inexplainable, much less, off putting. Other than to say Dr Sun, likely provided an accurate eye exam, I left there with a feeling of having been treated with ambivalence, indifference, even arrogance. From check in to the very end being left at an end table, with my try in contacs, and a tear in one of them. We pay hard earned money for a service, we don't generally expect our trust and faith in that service to be given to us with such complacency, and disregard
