Had a horrible experience there. The receptionist and the man in charge of billing were RIDICULOUSLY RUDE and don’t speak English well. They tried to charge you the money insurance should have covered and have a terrible attitude when you need clarification on billing. DO NOT go to this doctor ever.

Extra charge and have a bad attitude

THE worst experience we’ve ever had with a doctors office. the doctor is very bad, rud, and don't have any honesty.

Been visiting this doc for a long time The old man at the reception does not know Medical profession, they tell you that if you have horizon-blue insurance they want us to pay 100 dollars for co pay even if the insurance card show copay is 35 dollars, The girl at the reception claimed that Horizon blue does not pay them so even we have insurance we have to pay the full amount they will claim to insurance. ( amazing logic) They will return the part of insurance once they are paid by the horizon-blue, I think the doctor office is putting the BCBS as non paying insurance . Either the doc herself should stop accepting Horizon-blue insurance or the Insurance Company should remove this doctor form the network. Doc is average nothing different as asian docs are, I think the problem lies in the people in reception personnel and Billing . the old man has totally hard time understanding English., the small girl that sits in the counter is too crude ,

A family member died due to her misdiagnosis. She insisted to us there were no problems for months. By the time we got a second opinion, we were already too late. She lied and refused our rights to the medical records even after we got a death certificate with surrogate papers. Absolutely avoid.

I have been 6 yrs with her. The office manager is very bad. Does not speak English very well. I had an appointment for fasting blood work at 10:20 but the office manger told me 11:20 despite I booked it week ago.

I have been a patient for over 6 years. Dr Zhou is very nice and patient but there is always a very long wait. They do not know how to schedule their appointments properly. Each time I go there is a 45-75 minute wait time. Today, I arrive at 945am for a 10am appointment, her 930 appointment walk in at 1015 but still gets seen before me, why? Nothing is computerized. And her call service guy is rude when they are closed.

have been a patient over 10 years, she is very nice but if you need your record you can not get them she have them on paper and said it will take long to get themtake

Please find another doctor to do your immigration examination!!! Don’t come to this place at all!!!! So unprofessional customer service!!! The doctor is even worse than the recepcionist, this office misplace all my documents, my exam was incomplete which delay the process for my to get my green card. Please find another doctor! Don’t come here at all!!!

Rude and has a huge ego. Misdiagnosed a dangerous condition that could have cost my life if I didn't get a second opinion. She also lies to her patients by denying them their rights to their own medical records. Get another doctor.

Incompetent and bad bedside manners. Misdiagnoses things that other doctors caught and has an ego so don't expect her to listen to you. Look for another doctor.

NOT recommended, although I asked few times if the money I paid covers all the tests, Dr. still ask for this and that money and I got bill them for blood test. They shall make a list to clarify what patient paid for

very rude. tries to collect money denied by insurance co. called for apt and made to wait 2 1/2 hours only to deny seeing for painful symptons unless unvalid charges ( as per ins co)were paid in advance, Turned down the appt. after two and a half hr waiting in the office. very unethical with the patient. Did not even see me to discuss about payment. Would not recomond to see this doctor.She disregarded even the ins company's instruction to see and treat me since the payment was not due to me.

Experienced, extremely knowledgeable , caring, friendly , very patient to all patients , especially kind to elderly patients
